I would never go back to this place the food is not good. It’s over priced for no reason and the quality of the food is not good either. Just letting other’s know the tip already comes included and it’s 20%. I would never go back to this place or recommend it to friends and family. I will also say are waiter was horrible never asked us if we need anything else or asks us if we needed any refills.

Was visiting family and we decided to try a restaurant they had not tried yet.We all enjoyed the meals we selected and the consensus was that we would return another day.The only item I’d like to see change is to have 2 versions of salsa served with the chips, one mild and one with some kick to it. My opinion of the salsa was that it was bland.Major drawback is the forced 18% gratuity automatically added to the bill. I usually provide a higher percentage for good service but being a forced gratuity I left it at the 18% which was still a decent tip. The servers has no incentive to provide exceptional service since he/she will get 18% no matter what. The forced gratuity is posted before you sit down so you are warned in advance.

Went in on Saturday afternoon and wasn’t seated for 20 minutes. Once I was finally seated they gave me no menu or water and I was waiting for another 15 minutes until I got a menu. I ordered and got my food pretty quick but the meat was undercooked and the refried beans were dry. I finessed my food and waited 10 minutes for the check and they gave me the wrong one twice. The atmosphere was overall musty and dirty with an expired food smell. I will definitely not be coming back.

First time going. Server was hounding us to order. Food was just ok. Asked for extra cheese and sour cream never getting had to ask again. Got the bill … (holy crap $3.58 for extra cheese and $3.58 for sour cream ) $84.07 for two meals on top of that they added 18% gratuity and asking for more. I could see if we had a lot of people but it was two of us.I will not be going back.

Food was good. Wish they had an option for red salsa instead of the brownish salsa. Chips looked like the were store bought. Chicken fajitas were good. Once we got the check, we were figuring out the tip when we noticed the tip was already added. I like to give a tip based on the whole meal, usually 20% but since they forced an 18% tip .. that is what they get. We will not be back due to this because it should be my choice in how much of a tip I want to get. They really need something noticeable on their menus that advise of the surprise forced tip.

Everything was delicious! We ordered the ceviche, which also had excellent presentation. The chips were served with a warm salsa-like accompaniment which was delightful. We each had the combo platter and taco dinner. The portions were plentiful. An 18% gratuity was included for us (2 people). I'm thinking that might be because people have not been providing the correct tip to their server. I would have preferred to give a cash tip.

Food is very Americanized (bland) and pretty disappointing. Also not a fan of restaurants that automatically include 18% gratuity regardless of party size. This must be an Orland Park thing? Won’t be coming back.
