Our cashier, Bridget, was absolutely wonderful. It was standard chick-fil-a so it was yummy but her service was so outstanding that I wanted to leave this review just because she was outstanding.

One of the best Chick-fil-A experiences: the manager, together with his little kids, welcomed us at the door and even opened it for us. I was there with my son as well, and that warm gesture made the visit feel truly personal. Great food, spotless service, and hospitality that goes above and beyond! 🙏🏻

I struggle with a speech impediment and the friendly team members don’t rush me nor try to guess my next words when I struggle with my speech.
The food is always delicious and fast. I work near by so getting lunch is a breeze. This Orland chick-fil-a is likely my favorite location.

Went here on 9/29 to get 4 breakfast spicy chicken sandwiches and asked for honey + polynesian sauce. I got more Honey packets (4) than polynesian sauce (2). Kinda of a disappointment.

Never got bad food from chick fil a, an incorrect drink but never bad food. Chicken biscuits were great but the hashbrowns not so much. Saturated in oil and soggy as can be!
We had lunch at the Orland Park Chick Fil A, this was my first time there and it was a great experience. I chose the grilled chicken nuggets and the kale crunch salad, I really enjoyed my food. The food was a very healthy choice for me and I look forward to having them again sometime soon. Chick Fil A offers great food items, especially for those desiring something other than a burger.
