It's amazing that I've been here hundreds of times and the crew here still acts like they've never seen me before every time I pick up an order, and it's not like it's new people every time. The morning crew is not friendly here. The Crestwood location is significantly better. Go there instead.
Parking: There is only one entrance/ exit to the lot and it's off of 95th Avenue. It's a traffic chokepoint. The entire south side of the lot is full of "No Chick-fil-A Parking" signs. Most of the north side is reserved for curbside, which is barely ever used in the mornings. There are handicapped spots, but the bread and other delivery trucks don't care at all and will happily block them. There is regular parking in the northeast corner. Just pray that you don't get blocked in by the drive through line. Or you could just park in the Lowe's lot and take a walk.

Consistent, great food , great service. Perfect franchise.
I've never really cared for this place, but it's obvious many people enjoy their food. It's a very busy fast food joint, but they appear to handle the crowd quickly and easily. The line inside was short, and they had many cashiers available. The chicken salad was good, but the dressing choices were limited and rather bland. My wife had chicken strips. Parking was limited, which pushes patrons to use the very busy drive through.

Consistent fast food grub with excellent customer service from the staff esp in the drive through lanes. Even with long lines, they keep the cars moving fast & it’s appreciated! ? Pro tip: Order online & when u hit the drive through it’ll go a lot faster. Sign up for the rewards & you’ll enjoy sweet treats every so often. ?
Having been to many Chick-fil-A locations. This Orland Park location is an outstanding one. This morning, my wife and I chose to come to this location for breakfast. At the end, an gentleman called Karson came to our table and politely asking us whether we would like more coffee. He also helped to cleanup the trays and leftovers. I am very satisfied with his extra effort service. I can see this location is well managed. Good job.

Went here yesterday and ordered a crispy chicken deluxe meal with a peach milkshake, an hour later I kept belching and stomach was cramping bad. Then ended up projectile vomiting all night ???? today my stomach still hurts ? I will never go back!
