We are so disappointed! China House was our absolute favorite Chinese restaurant. They are under new management and the food is honestly terrible. SO salty, and the meat was inedible. On top of it, their prices are crazy now. We paid $44 for three meals, and couldn't finish any of it. I really hope they take their feedback seriously. We will miss the old restaurant and owners

This was my go to place. Looks like they changed recipes. Everything we ordered to me, was very bad. From the egg rolls to the shrimp kow, not good.

They changed many of their dishes and the new versions are awful. 3 people ordered their favorite dishes that we have ordered from here before and 2 of the 3 threw theirs in the trash and the 3rd didn't like it much but ate it anyway. Very disappointing because we loved this

This is our go to Chinese food place. Batter for sweet and sour chicken is delicious. Always ready in about 15 minutes. Additional coupon items based on how much is spent are added to the order automatically in my experience. Fast service, good food, and leftovers for days after. We've tried others but keep returning here.

Picked up a green pepper onion chicken and this is what I got. I called the restaurant and the woman owner started yelling at me on the phone when I complained about my order. I’ve never seen bell peppers cut like this and no onions in the order. I actually just hung up because she wouldn’t stop yelling. They must not be doing well. Eat here at your own risk.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with Chinese food in my time. Ordered take off pepper steak and received a box full of about 5 full grown green peppers barely chopped and less than 1/3rd of a cup of steak. Very disappointed. It would take an act of God for me to ever order from this place again. I was cheated.

I arrived at 843pm on this Sunday night to find the locked and a young female sitting in the kitchen. I then checked the store hours and confirmed that they are open until 900pm. I tried calling to place an order and the female never even flinched more or less actually get up to answer the phone. Definitely not a good experience considering I am a first time customer and I watched through the front window the employee sitting on a chair in the kitchen and never move to help me at the front door, or to answer the phone if you are open till nine, you should be open till nine not until when you get tired and then lock the door and quit answering the phone. Definitely lost my business.

Worst customer service. Woman behind the counter told me she was the owner and was rude to the man in front of me and was then rude to me. I ordered 4 different dishes and realized that one of them was wrong when I arrived home and unpacked the bag. I called the restaurant and she told me that I would have to reorder the correct dish and pay for it; they don't make exchanges. When I told her that I received the wrong container, she yelled at me and told me that I received what I ordered. Will never return to this restaurant; there are numerous other good Chinese restaurants in the area.
