Don’t go, worst chipotle in Illinois.

Why am I asking for a burrito bowl with chicken and what I get is burrito bowl with MAJORITY ALL RICE N BEANS AND NO CHICKEN. CHIPOTLE CAN LEAVE THE STATE OF ILLINOIS RIGHT NOW AND IT WOULDNT PHASE US AT ALL

They are very careless, I had to wait forever for my drive through pickup which was showing ‘ready at 10pm’ but it took 10:15pm, WHICH IS OK, it happens, but the fact that I had to wait for 15 mins in the drive through for a person to tell me ‘hey it’ll take a little time’ they were serving insiders, and not caring about the one in drive thru… horrible service, you can get a very excellent service at the tinely park one, even if it doesn’t have a drive thru, they care for their customers

It started with a delivery that went wrong. I took it back to the store and the manager Juan stated I don’t do my labels like this. I said I understand but I can’t eat this the cheese and food is all over the bag. He threw the bag away. Him and the young lady he was playing with found it funny. I said it’s ok. Let me reorder and I will contact corporate. He starts smiling and said ok. They took two other orders before mine. I had to tell the young girl I would like to place my order. Though I paid $20 dollars via the app I paid again because I was in lunch and it wasn’t about the money. They seem to be unbothered when I stated I will contact corporate. No apology was issued, no let me see how I can help, just rudeness!! I requested a callback and I don’t want it to be Juan as he needs further training!

Most of my meal was ok, but I have to complain about the chips and queso. For almost $5, you get a little bag of chips and a little cup of queso. At least the queso seemed fresh, however the chips had to be at least a day old. C'mon, if you're gonna charge that absurd amount for such a small quantity of chips and dip, at least don't hand me what could have been week old chips! When I get an order of fries from McDonald's, they come hot and fresh. Chipotle wants to claim they're better and charge more as such, so then be better!!!

I’ve tried calling to get my issue resolved but no answer.
I came in Saturday to make it a quick thing for my little family and I. I usually get a bowl(steak, beans, rice etc.) The gentleman in the evening gave me the scraps at the bottom of the tin and once I got home it was nothing but fat of the steak.
For my kid, they just threw whatever for their side and drink into the bag and didn’t even ask about options.
My first time at this location. Not the best experience.

The portion is big. I was surprised how heavy it was when I got the bag. Food taste good. I ordered chicken and steak bowl. Guy at the window was polite and friendly. 10 times better than Taco bell.

So I just spent 20 bucks on a burrito bowl chips guacamole and queso. I get home and this is the barbacoa that I got…. All fat in a lump. So gross I knew better than to go to this location…

Chipotle is one of the best restaurants for a Vegan. Thank you, Chipotle, for offering Softitas, which make my veggie rice bowl absolutely amazing!

Chips stale, asked for another bag next bag was stale as well. The bottle of water they have now doesn’t taste like normal water.
