Ordered a steak bowl with brown rice. Got zero steak and white rice, people here are trash and so is the food, literally go anywhere else then this dump

DONT GO HERE portions are horrible worst ever. Why does the one I go to in Chicago give bigger portions for cheaper😭. Anyways if they give you bad portions and you order through the app you can claim you have missing items and get a free entree for next time. Abuse this because I think the store gets written up if you do this.

Chips were Stale run out of steak all the time I’d rather have McDonald’s any day

They barely put any chicken in my bowl

Gotta be one of the most annoying chipotles out there. Always catching people on technicalities (especially with kids menus). Their portions are tiny and they’re the only chipotle I’ve ever been to that give kids only rice and beans with their meal and only fill up the box halfway and will refuse to put more. Lazy, unmotivated, and you can tell by the cleanliness (or lack of) how much they truly care.

I see a big problem with those very poorly trained employees. We used to not like the idea of having robots take over. But now, I can't wait!!!

Picked up an order from the drive- through after placing a digital order. The guy at the window was very weird, and he handed me my "sealed" bag and asked me what i wanted for my drink, even though it was on my order. He went to get my lemonade and came back laughing and the other employees were acting like they were shocked at what he did around the corner where we couldn't see him. Anyway. When we got home we opened the bag and it had a used napkin that had some yellow things on it. Didn't want to drive back and give them a piece of my mind. The quality of people working at this location is very poor. Management need to do something about training their employees. This was a very disgusting experience and i ended up throwing the food away. I posted a picture of the napkin.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve been to, if I can give NEGATIVE stars I would, worst customer service ever, this restaurant runs by punch of kids who don’t know what they are doing, the food is all over the serving counter, the amount of food they put in the bowl is so little even with almost everything you will not have a half full bowl , the way they wrap the burrito is so sloppy you will need a spoon to be able to eat it when you open it laterally they make it a BALL, when I pay almost $35 for a burrito and a bowl(no drinks) I expect my self and my daughter to be full. Chipotle! you need to hire someone professional at least to cook the chicken right and keep it warm. I should’ve read the reviews before I went there. NEVER AGAIN CHIPOTLE

Employees are afraid to satisfy the customer by giving decent portion sizes! I’ve never been to a chipotle where the weight of the bowl was less than my cell phones! DO NOT waste your time! Workers are doing what the “manager asks”. This will not keep customers coming back. Prices are too high to get a half a bowl, but pay full price. Drive through ladies seemed way better at their job.
