I like Cinnabons but the prices on a single cinnamon roll have gotten crazy! I can buy a 16 pack for 14.99 which isn’t bad. But if I only want one cinnamon roll you are charging me 5.79 each? Doing the math they should only be 1-2 dollars each. By you selling a single cinnamon roll to everyone you are making over 93 dollars a box on something that you only sell for 14.99. That is crazy!

Stopped in for a quick treat and ordered a Chillattā—absolutely delicious and refreshing! What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service from Jose and Louise(I believe were their names). The staff were super friendly, efficient, and made the experience feel warm and welcoming. Even though it was a quick visit, the positive vibe and quality of service made a lasting impression!

I received good customer service. There was a long line but the representative moved efficiently. The environment was clean and organized. I ordered a Classic Cinnamon Roll and a Cookie Bonbite which is a chocolate chip cookie with cinnamon roll in the middle. The Roll was a little tough however, everything was delicious. I would definitely visit again.

Okay I came by way of T-Mobile Tuesday but it was totally worth it. I haven't had Cinnabon in yearrrrrrrs. My energy was low so opted in for a Frozen coffee drink. The staff was fast and friendly. My drink looked like it came right out of a commercial - the taste matched. I will definitely return.

They were supposed to be open up at 11 AM. They did not open till 12. When I asked for a four pack, I was told they won't be ready for 30 minutes. I said well why not just make a four pack out of the individual ones that you have? I was told those are for customers. I said what the heck am I. I was then told I can buy four of them and pay for them individually. He said it's only four dollars more. I said, I don't think so.
Horrible customer service. Who tells someone who is a customer that those are for customers? Rude people, that's who.
They have lost my business. Someone should teach these rude individuals a thing or two about customer service.
I would've given zero stars if it was allowed.

Always have a positive experience when visiting Cinnabon in Orland Park. Staff is always friendly and very polite. Store is very clean. I frequently stop in to purchase the Cinnapacks for my family. They always have fresh product readily available and service with a smile! Also, the staff always ask if I would like anything else or if I need any additional utensils, frosting or napkins. Thank You for going above and beyond every time I visit! See you soon! 😄
