I literally hate coming here, they don’t answer the phone they always rushing you trying to hurry up and get you out so they can finish talking with they friends they don’t greet they don’t say thanks for coming just give u the receipt and walk away I wish it was another Cinnabon near

I drove all the way to the mall, today 7/1/23. I waited until 11 for the shop to open and made my way to the store. I wanted 9 minis and the lady, likely the same lady in the previous review, told me to take a box. I told her I wanted them warm, that I was bringing them to my grandkids. She told me if I wanted them warm, it would be $48 instead of the posted price. She said she needed them for her customers. I told her I was a customer and I drove all the way there and waited for them to open. She would not let me have them. I then asked for 4 regular Cinnabons, they said ok then tried again to charge me an inflated price. I demanded they give me 4 warm Cinnabons at the posted price. The lady threw them into boxes and gave me them at the posted price, but not with ruining what was going to be a wonderful day by bringing a special treat to my grandkids. I was so aggravated with this experience, I literally could not believe she was saving the Cinnabons for her customers, when I was a customer that really went out of my way to go there. Worst experience I have had at a business in many, many years!

So I stopped by today 6/16/23 to buy a 6 pack of Cinnabon and a small Latin lady was helping me and she mention to me the boxes of 6 are behind me i told me I wanted fresh ones and she mention they where fresh, I told her I'm the one paying for them and I wanted the ones on the pan she's like well you will have to wait 15 minutes for a new batch.Told her no problem I will wait then another Latino guy with glasses said to her charge him individually if he wants fresh ones so she told me it was going to be $46 dollars and some change!Told him that was very bad business I'm the customer and I'm paying for what I want not what they want yo give me I would like a store owner to reach out to me and correct this mistake and insult.Not good at all bad business......

This is a great Cinnabon in terms of cleanliness and product offerings. BUT THEY NEVER OPEN ON TIME! It doesn't matter if multiple employees are working, and they definitely don't care when the mall opens. Be prepared for them to be running ½ an hour to an hour behind.

Beware when placing an online order at this locale… put an order in days ago and received a confirmation email… today I go to pick it up, they don’t have an order for me, a lot of back and forth and 2 people came to look at my email, they made my order as I waited..

The day before Christmas I went to get Cinnabon for Christmas morning. There was a long line. I got to the front eventually and was told that the line was for online orders only. They were basically out of Cinnabons unless you already had ordered online.I am guessing that they didn't plan to be as busy as they were, but it would have saved me time if they had a sign or told people to pass the message back.The workers themselves were obviously working as hard and as fast as they could to fulfill all the orders they already had. I can't fault them. I can only imagine how many rude customers they had to do with that day so I hope they made it through okay.

I've always loved Cinnabon, but yesterday was at the one at Orland Mall and bought a few. What a disappointment! They cost a fortune and they were totally stale! Never again!
What I like about Cinnabon is that the quality of the product is well- maintained freshly baked and mixed with the flavorful aroma of cinnamon will make you indulge and have a great food experience whether we enjoy it at home with our family. The taste is simply heavenly Delicious. I always ordered the classic cinnamon rolls, it was best paired with hot or cold coffee. Staff was friendly, very informative and personable. They are great handling their customers. They really ensure the satisfaction of their customers. Whenever I ordered to this location I was fully satisfied with the services and especially the food. Cinnabon didn't disappoint me when it comes to the quality of their food. Keep up the good work guys.

The taste is simply heavenly Delicious. I always ordered the classic cinnamon rolls, it was best paired with hot or cold coffee. Staff was friendly, very informative and personable. They are great handling their customers. They really ensure the satisfaction of their customers. Whenever I ordered to this location I was fully satisfied with the services and especially the food. Cinnabon didn't disappoint me when it comes to the quality of their food. Keep up the good work guys.

Placed an order on Grubhub for a classic 6 pack. The recipt the grubhub driver handed me also said Classic 6 Pack, however Cinnabon gave the Grubhub driver the Mini-Bon Pack, and not the classic 6 pack. Tried calling the store, no one answers, and you cant even leave a voicemail because you get the "Voicemail box is full" error message.
