Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Orland Park

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing visit. The service was inattentive and unprofessional, and the food was well below expectations — poorly prepared and lacking flavor. I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend this place to others.

I have been a member for almost 20 years & always had very good food, however not last evening. To start, I agreed to an upgrade for my welcoming bottle (always paid $7.50) & was shocked on my bill to be charged $15.50 for it. Should have been informed. Next, my dinner of your signature Mahi-mahi dish was dry & overcooked with very little broccolini. Sadly, this was my birthday celebration but I do thank you for the birthday truffles.

Came as my sister was treating me to a late lunch for my birthday. We had a 3pm reservation. I was a little disappointed in the fact that we had to wait quite a while to be seated. I asked the receptionist were they understaffed because I noticed after she took someone back before us, she started cleaning tables; she said no. The restaurant wasn't very crowded; however, they were short on wait staff as our server had a large section but she did an awesome job and our food came out pretty timely. We always order Eggrolls, much to our disappointment after taking our order our server came back and told us they were out of Eggrolls and apparently this was the case all day. Not sure how or why she didn't know this prior to taking the order. Other than that, all things went well. Hopefully, you will bring back Watermelon Paloma as I know it was a limited edition but it went really fast and many are asking for it. It's still summertime. I would've love to enjoy it for my birthday.

We came for my parents' 40th anniversary dinner. Everyone enjoyed their meal and our server was awesome!

Coopershawk never disappoints. A solid restaurant with frequent menu updates. Concictent from location to location and state to state.

The young man who “greeted” us was not very pleasant. He really looked like he hates his job. He kept insisting that I didn't have a reservation but finally found it. Alisa, our server, was in training with Brittany and they more than made up for our rough start. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our dining experience. We started with southwestern egg rolls and they are always delicious. My husband and I both enjoyed our meals, but the portion of my husband's churasco steak seemed smaller than usual. I had mahi mahi and it was also delicious. We are wine club members and appreciate all the perks that come with that.

Disappointing service and no recognition of a special occasion (we visit almost every year for our anniversary and usually receive sparkling wine or a special dessert).

Tyler provided us with exceptional customer service. I went for happy hour and had the salmon dip, Birra quesadillas, and shrimp tempura. Everything was pretty good except for the birra quesadillas had a bit too much tajn and I had to send them back. Other than that, my experience was excellent. I will definitely be back.

We ordered the sweet corn and tomato risotto, along with the braised short rib risotto. Both were delicious.

Our waitress was never present and was not very attentive. Hoping the next trip will be better.

Service was a little slow We were told there were no booths and then we saw several free up as we were seated If we knew it would be a few minutes we would have waited

I went during Cooper's Hawk's happy hour . The appetizers were so good . My entree was tasty ! The drinks were worth it , and the service was phenomenal! 10/10 !!!
