Let me begin by saying my fiend & I have been meeting at this location for over 10 years. We love it and have never been disappointed. Our waiter tonight was obviously new, which is ok. However, my friend requested the gluten free menu. The waiter told us that there was no gluten free menu. When we told him that CH had one & a very extensive one (one of the MAIN reasons we eat here), he said he would go check. Sure enough, he came back with a GF menu. We had to ask for the bread instead of it being offered. He brought the pretzel bread & my friend asked for the GF bread as well. He obviously had no clue about any of the GF options. I wonder if it was a failing in s training? He improved as the evening wore on.
We go for the wine. The food is good, but the wine is why most people are there, in my opinion.
My order was given to another table so I had to wait an extended amount of time for my mood. Also, service was extremely mslow. The waitress seemed to struggle with keeping up with the tables.
If you pay $50 for a steak, it should be cooked properly. Ordered medium rare and it literally came out cooked well. By the time the new plate arrived everyone else was done eating and I ended up taking it home. Re-heated steak will never be as good, and certainly not worth the $50 we paid for it. Also, reservation was for 3:15, but we weren't seated until 3:45. It took forever for appetizers to arrive at table and even longer for the main course. Very disappointed. Not up to Cooper's Hawk standards.
Service was just not there. I work in the industry. This was par none. Had to ask for things multiple times. Sever never checked in, asked if we wanted another drink. Refilled waters. Waited for check to be brought out for a long time. For having over a $325 bill i was appalled with the lack service.
Great family or business venue, good food and wine, great service, and open enviornment, thank you.
Danny D was great. New waiter. Noise level is horrible but not much you can do about that. Food was good. Shrimp crab soup is the best I have had.
The food is always good. Lindsay was our server and she was fantastic! 10/10 would recommend!

Had a girls brunch, brunch menu is very limited. We ordered the Crème Brulée French toast, Smoked Brisket Hash, and the Eggs Any Way. The French toast look better than it taste. I was expecting diff style potatoes that came with the Brisket, The scrabbled Eggs were under cooked. Oh almost forgot about the Sangria, we weren't satisfied with that either. Will not be returning for brunch.
Pro: Our server was very attentive.

DO NOT order carry out from this place. Wine check out and food carry out are the same line so you can show up to pick up your food and end up waiting an extra 30-40 minutes for people to do their wine check out. So dumb that they do not have a sep line for food pickup
