HOLY HEAVENS!!!! Just tried Crave at the Joliet location for the first time and let me tell YOU - you’re missing out if you haven’t tried it! Ordered a couple cookies and the Dubai strawberry cup and it’s literally everything! Cookies have the perfect sweetness, a comfort cookie for sure. The Dubai strawberry cup?? I made my husband turn around to get a second cause there was no way I was sharing mine! Dixie was so sweet! She was super informative with the cookie questions we had, and she packed a mean strawberry cup! Shout out to Dixie! Can’t wait for our next trip to Crave. Obsessed with the traveling trainer as well. Over all - cookies and employees are absolutely wonderful!!!

Purchased 4 cookies, person at the register mentioned to me that my box of cookies was more than the previous person’s box that was in front of me because I purchased 3 deluxe cookies and one regular as opposed to 4 regular cookies. Nowhere was it stated that they had different tiered cookie prices. I purchased a waffle, Dubai, kinder bueno, and a biscoff cookie. With tax it was just under $26 for 4 cookies. I can say they look good. However that’s where it ends. They are over the top way too sweet. For the price the waffle one should have at least had real maple syrup with it instead of the fake high fructose corn syrup tub. My verdict is that they are cooked better than a crumble cookie however they are far too sweet and completely over priced for what they are.

Visited for the first time today and it was such a great experience from the moment we walked in the door. Staff was incredibly friendly and we were offered samples of their amazing chocolate chip cookie. Haneen (I hope I spelled that right!) has an amazing energy about her and made my husband and I feel very welcome. She also gave my husband one of their drinks on the house though he loved it so much we ended up buying another one in a bigger size before we left. Prices are incredibly reasonable as well. Worth the diabetic coma I might fall into as a T2 later today, that's for sure. Will definitely be a repeat customer very soon!
