HOLY HEAVENS!!!! Just tried Crave at the Joliet location for the first time and let me tell YOU - you’re missing out if you haven’t tried it! Visited for the first time today and it was such a great experience from the moment we walked in the door. Staff was incredibly friendly and we were offered samples of their amazing chocolate chip cookie. Haneen (I hope I spelled that right!) has an amazing energy about her and made my husband and I feel very welcome. SOOOOO GOOD! Every cookie was better than the next, and their service is 10/10 (shout out to Adam, Othman, and Ahmad - they were so kind and friendly). I’m also a sucker for pretty packaging and this box is sleek. Perfect for a guest gift! With the holidays around the corner, I’ll be bringing crave cookies with me anytime I visit friends and family.
