First time trying Culver’s and really enjoyed it; felt like the quality of shake shack. Their butter burger is a very satisfying smash burger. And the milkshake was smooth and rich, whilst not being overly sweet. Opted for classic vanilla. Also nice to see some seafood items on the menu and tried their fried shrimp, which has a nice bite to it. Wasn’t a big fan of the cheese curds mostly because they didn’t travel well for takeout. I imagine the cheese is meltier right out of the fryer but cooled off from the travel time.
The portion of a single ice cream scoop is absolutely insulting. $4 FOR A SMALL DALLOP? Looks half eaten in the container it comes in. One scoop especially for the cost of an entire tub should fill the cup it comes IN!!!!

This covers seem like they wasn't selling the right. Hamburgers is over in Orland and when I changed it it seemed like I was eating hamburgers that was not pre-cooked and they was so flat till it seemed like they wasn't even real burgers. So I give them a very low score and the person that waited on me acted like I was offending him bringing the burgers back but they came back and they still was the same. The one Culver's in oak Forest hamburgers stays way different and the people are more courteous. Her manager is very courteous of the one in Orland Park is horrible as far as their food is concerned and I only had the hamburger and it wasn't right. Me and my my baby's Mama had the hamburger hers with Mike. She got a what call a brother Burger. It was charleable never had it like that before and they only in Orland Park. Can I feed that I got that?

Smashing! Got my large order right, something nearby drive-thrus struggle with. Food was cooked perfect, and staff actually knew what they were doing (thanks Caleb).

Usually good. But this counted as a tender… that’s why they get a star taken away.
Avoid at all cost, chicken was under cooked. The employee that took my order was rude and unprofessional and in a rush to leave. I get that it was almost closing time but at the end of the day im still a paying customer. The chicken being under cooked made me sick to my stomach and i wont be returning to this location.

try to reach out to culver’s, no response. Cod sandwich was 85% bread, small paper thin piece of cod, very small chicken tenders. Cannot recommend this location.
There’s a young man there with glasses that works at night who made my day !
