Fast food is kinda bottom tier as a rule, but Culvers is better than the rest imo. This place is clean, consistent, and quick with fresh, hot food.

I dine at Culver’s regularly at a minimum of 2x a week. I experienced unacceptable customer service in the drive thru by a rep who spoke to me in a condescending tone and answered my question with a question. I ventured off to the nearest Culver’s that was 10 minutes down the road.

Been going there since they opened but the last few times the place was cold, people were eating with their coats, each time I asked the manager if they would turn up the heat he always has a reason he couldn't, so went their last night and the same thing, I'm not spending my money to eat with my coat on, went next door to Macdonald and spent my money their and it nice and warm didn't have to eat with my coat on, their lost

They ask you before you order what can we make fresh for you the only problem is they don’t make it fresh. When you get the Burger the cheese is so melted on, can’t lift the bun off. It’s been sitting a long time. In the last 6 months quality really went down. No taste to the Burgers and the crispy chicken sandwich is the same way. They bring it out in less than 5 minutes so obviously it’s not made fresh. Guess I’ll have to take a ride to the Culver’s in Tinley Park.

It depends on the Culver’s you go to but so far so good for Culver’s but on Chicago Ave the new Culver’s check your food before leaving I got cold burgers like 3 times and had to take it back but they fixed it with no problem but the problem was passing cold food out the window in the first place when we pay big bucks for the food..
The parking lot was extremely clean, walking into the store. It was extremely kept and clean, service was on point. Dan gave us great customer service with a wonderful smile second time at Culver’s and I did enjoy myself.
Vegetarian options: I really didn’t look at the menu. I just took the suggestion of my caregiver who brought me there

Burger's patties are paper thin. Go to Joey's across the street for better food, portions, price, and music. Used to come here for years, but now turned into a nursing home cafeteria. Priced, smells, and sounds like one while you get barely anything.

First time ordering their chicken tenders basket. They were inedible. Tasted terrible. They grind the chicken into mush and add fillers and then bread them. Please use real chicken breasts, please!
