Dave & Buster's Orland Park

Place was loud it wasn't even that full. Someone ordered something with fish in it and it smelled really bad, our server left and so did we we went to the gaming area, which was also very loud and sticky.

French fries were not fresh ordered an appetizer that had to be returned and taken out the bill. Nets(bugs) flying all over the food. I understand it was a Saturday but for spending $100 it could've been much better.

Pretty cool experience!! My family and I enjoyed ourselves. Food was good took a little time to get the food but it was kind of a busy night.

Severely understaffed and food was subpar if that. Very disappointed! Waited 20+ min for a drink, by the time we got out food I still didn't have my drink.

The hostess provided a difficult time due to stress around customers waiting in person & me walking in with a reservation. The food was also not great quality. Our waitress was wonderful though!

Took a long time to get serviced after i already checked in with the host for my reservation. food was ok! Overall my kids enjoyed.

Hosts on 2/22/25 were incredibly rude and told us to just go sit at the bar when we asked for a table for two for lunch, though there were many open tables. We did not receive a food menu. There are no prices on their drink menus. Avoid at all costs.

I was late and the waiter never came back to the table. It's cool I saved money and my party said they waited forever for their food.

Definitely make reservations ahead of time if you plan on dining in. The wait time without the reservation was 2-3 hours on a busy Saturday.

Waited for 2 hours for my food while everybody else that came in before me head there for and left I have never had this kind of service from this company

In response maybe have the servers to write down your order when busy so they won't forget your drinks

I would just like to shoutout to TREY & AARON. I just wanna say that Dave and busters is lucky to have them. Those two men deserve their own locations if anyone knows how to handle a situation it’s those two.

This place is really fun. I went as an adult and it was still fun to play all of the games. I will say that it is really expensive to play a lot of games. 4 people playing for under an hour and a half was just under $100 which I thought was pretty taxing. I guess the machines might break and have repair costs and the electricity costs are high as well. Overall, a pretty cool place for kids and adults alike.

DB made me feel like a kid again. Games and food has changed over the years tho. Everything is going virtual and I don't like the helmets and full video googles. I miss the Philly cheese steak sandwichs they had years ago. The food was hot drinks were good too.
