I've visited Darlene's twice, and both times, I was told that it would be a 15-30 minute wait to be seated. However, I was seated within 2 minutes of arriving. The servers were friendly and attentive, and the food was great. I HIGHLY recommend the old fashion, peach mimosa, and the lattes. This is the only breakfast restaurant that gives you an option between toast, pancakes, and a donut.

Impromptu breakfast outing and it was worth the wait. Everything was delicious. The employees we interacted with were pleasant, too.
The downside for me was being sat near the video gaming area. I get that they may generate some revenue through gaming or folks needing a nite before or after play, but they popping up in nearly every restaurant these days.

Place was very noisy. My leftovers were put in a Styrofoam container which can't be recycled. Need to switch to more eco-friendly containers!
