Best dunkin in the area. They move fast, so every now & then they get it wrong. I def recommend using the app 4 your order. First stop on my morning commute, & they get me right on my way even when busy.

This is the most incompetent Dunkin Donuts in the world! I place a mobile app for hashbrowns, a donut, and two drinks. Immediately as I walk in the door I am given my hashbrowns then 10 minutes later I am still there waiting on my drinks and donut.
The girl working the mobile orders calls me the wrong name, I tell her no that is not my name and give her my name. Then I wait 5 more minutes as walk in customer after walk in customer is rung up and served where my drinks were.
I am then told that I placed an order for the drive thru…I have 6000 rewards points from Dunkin, I know how to place a mobile order. Regardless, how was I given one item of the order and none of the others?? I’m inside right???? I ended up leaving without what I paid for because now I was late for work!
Please avoid this Dunkin Donuts at all costs!!

The workers hate their life and job. I don’t think I’ve received napkins with my meal ever. It’s a bourdon when you ask for special requests. They won’t even let you use 2 free items on the app. This location is a straight joke

This is an amazing store. I love the atmosphere, it has a modern feel to it, and it’s very spacious. The food is good here, like most Dunkin stores, and the service that they offer is great. I once saw someone whose card declined, and the workers offered to pay it for them. They have amazing service and food here. 4.6⭐️

Almost 6.00 for 1 donut and a medium plain coffee. Never again . Donut was like bread with too sweet icing. Ugh 😩

The cheapest people I ever met in my life, I asked for easy ice in my Carmel coffee they asked me for extra charge because of extra drop for milk, rude and welling to k ill for a penny

Bacon avocado toast with a fried egg was on point and they hooked it up with the bacon

Coffee was a signature iced latte and I added espresso, which they obliged fully

Thanks for the good breakfast

Today, January 9, 2025, I came with my family to buy donuts and apparently they were old and had nothing to do with the images shown on their menu. The donuts were hard and had a stale flavor. I hope they improve the quality of their products. I did not ask for a replacement. and I didn't make a claim either and we didn't eat said donuts

I spend a lot of money every day at dunkins all all around my area. The only reason the EVER get my business is if theyre the only dunkin open, and after today I won't give them another cent.

Im a big iced coffee drinker, and i take a specific amount of sweetner, specifically flavor swirl My coffee has to be made with a certain amount of ice otherwise it's going to be too sweet, or not sweet enough.

I know that this sounds Karen-y, but it's very simple: I ask for a little less than halfway filled with ice. Every other dunkin I go to has no problem with this, but the little man at the register flat out refused to do it. "We only go as low as halfway and then it's a dollar extra".

Can i afford an extra dollar? Of course I can, but I'm sick and tired of being gouged everywhere I go. A 32 ounce iced coffee, if it was filled and had no ice, costs Dunkin .50 cents, give or take a few cents (I used to work at NDCP, a dunkin distribution warehouse, so I know exactly how much everything costs). That costs me 4.50-5.00. Factor in labor and overhead and theyre probably making AT LEAST a 50% profit on that drink. Fill that drink with ice and we're taking 75% or more. Wal Mart doesn't make that much profit.

I'm tired of being taken advantage of. All I'm asking is 10 less cubes of ice; i shouldn't have to pay a dollar for that privilege. I hope the owner sees this and rethinks his policies. I spend a lot on dunkin, and at the time I'm up every day theyre one of the only dunkins open. I'd go there every morning, but between the gouging and the rude employees I will take my business elsewhere.

I’ve went to this Dunkin many times before and had no problems I asked my usual drink, dragon fruit refresher with cold foam. After asking many time they couldn’t get the order correct so I pulled around the window. I asked for cold foam on top like any other time and they said they couldn’t put cold foam. After lots of attitude they still couldn’t even give me what I wanted. After paying and receiving my drink there was no cold foam. I asked for cold foam and they barely added any. It didn’t even sit on the ice. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WILL NOT BE GOING HERE AGAIN!!!
