I had thought that the dunkin at 159th/89th was the worst dunkin in orland tinley area but this one is horrendous. If you order more than 1 thing via the app it takes them 10-15 minutes to produce the order.
My biggest mistake was reloading my app $ versus a separate transaction so now it will be harder to dispute this with my credit card company
Do yourself a favor and go to 171st/80th

Don’t ask for less ice because you’ll get half of cup of ice that leaves you with 3/4 cup of coffee. If you call to ask why they didn’t put less ice all you get is some lady giving you a lame answer and then you get hung up on. I went to a different Dunkin Donuts to see if I’d get the same amount of ice. They actually gave me less ice.So Besides reporting them I am also going to post and pass on what ignorant, rood, ripoff they are. Customer service is not in their vocabulary.The night staff is just as rood they act like your bothering them. I placed my order when I drove up to the window the kid told me they didn’t have ice coffee. I feel comfortably posting this because I’ve been told they have a bad reputation when it comes to burning food and poor customer service. I will drive an extra mile to get good service. Oh yeah if you ask for no ice you get charged. I’d put a zero star but that’s not an option

I ordered an iced coffee on 10/02/2025 around 8:30pm/9:00pm through drive thru and my drink was not sweet so I asked for an extra pump of caramel and the cashier was very rude! He tried to take my cup back but I was told they are not supposed to take the cup back so I was asking for it on the side. The cashier started arguing with me and told me not to come back I believe he was racist by how he was treating me. Then the other guy there working came to the drive thru and apologized for the guys actions and said I can come back anytime but I still didn’t like how I was being treated for someone that’s Indian and do not speak English to tell me I can’t come back to a place he doesn’t own is so offensive how would he feel if I discriminated against him it wouldn’t feel good. I wouldn’t recommend this location ever! To anyone the customer service here is horrible you don’t treat people like that I asked for his name and he wouldn’t give me it he just kept yelling at me so I never got his name but highly dissatisfied.

I usually come here for my drinks but I’ve been noticing that my lattes are missing their flavors. Literally no syrup and my lattes always end up tasting like just espresso and milk. Plus they charge extra for stupid things like size and less ice. Go to another Dunkin'.

this was supposed to be less ice. if this is less ice is the whole drink ice if wasnt asked for less ice? i just wasted my money on three sips that werent even appetizing. oh half of it was just foam too and there was still matcha powder that wasnt even mixed in. instead of complaining and wondering why youre getting bad reviews, instead you should do better and give customers what they ACTUALLY paid for.

I went to get food from here and was caught off guard by the staff walking around bare feet while mopping the floors. I’m not sure if that’s good health code. When I went to get my money back they looked at me like I was crazy for requesting my funds back.
Horrible, they charge like crazy, honestly no other Dunkin rips you off like this. Workers are rude I mean all of them.. esp the older Indian woman. Every time I go here it’s a horrible experience.

The location had litter everywhere, no napkins in the dispenser and ants on the floor and flies all over. This majorly distracted from the vibe to hang out.

Employee at the window made us very uncomfortable by saying “my brother said he thinks you’re hot” her brother also was a worker… and he smiled at waved. Whole family was in the car and was made uncomfortable
