This place is a mess. The workers don’t even speak enough English to understand basic orders. Every single time my drink is wrong, and when I try to explain what’s incorrect, they don’t understand and just dump more caramel on top like that fixes it. On top of that, they’re rude and act annoyed when you point out their mistake even though THEY made it wrong.

Everytime I go here, they are rude and dismissive, if you ask for ketchup they give you an attitude and their coffee was bitter I couldn't drink it.. I will not be coming to this location anymore for sure.. they need to be nicer to their paying customers.. everytime I go I fear to ask for ketchup or anything else because they have an issue with it..

I visited today for the first time in a very long time Just place my order like normal And the young lady at the window was so incredibly rude I couldn't believe it If I could give them negative stars I would I will never be back again If that's how they treat customers

I used to visit Dunkin', but my recent experience wasn't as positive. I was in a rush when I ordered and requested it to be light on sugar, yet it ended up being without any sugar at all!
Hello, I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts and I had a free drink and i asked for extra butter pecan in my drink on the receipt it shows I was charged .25 cents 2 times because I asked for the extra butter pecan. I seen on the order that it was included in the total, it wasn’t until after she scanned my rewards is when she said oh I need to charge you for the extra. I explained it was included that is why it went to 0.00 she said no it was not included after asking for the receipt 2 times (because she knows she is lying) she finally gave me one. She in fact charged me 2 times for it. When I called her on it she said she will call the police. It’s not about the quarter it’s about the principal and they do this to everyone which is how they exceed there profits. By stealing from customers. Don’t fall for it and if you do. Report it to Dunkin’ Donuts customer service. They may have okay coffee (I say that because they didn’t add the extra butter pecan it’s an order I place normally and know the taste).

Although this dunkin is close to my house, I now avoid going there. My usual is a large iced mocha. Any other dunkin as well as the app calls for 4 pumps of mocha. This location always does 2 to 3. Unless you specifically ask. They nickle and dime you. I regret going there out of convenience. I will drive to next closest location.
