I’m literally in the drive thru line as I’m writing this. It’s been 15-20 minutes as this car in front of me got her drinks and is still waiting for something else, they could of easily let her drive ahead but no we all hav to wait. I pray to god my drinks are not cold because that’s not right. It’s 10:43am which isn’t bad but it shouldn’t take that long. The Dunkin on 179th is so much faster even when there’s a long line. The day I come to this Dunkin on 159th is when it’s taking forever just to get 2 simple drinks. SMH

The service is ok but sometimes slow. I’m writing this review because I don’t think they put any espresso in the lattes it looks very white from the milk and maybe a little bit tan from the caramel. When I started making lattes at home I felt the difference. There’s clearly no caffeine in that $5.94 latte.

I love coming to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts. The service is great , and when it’s not raining, I sit at the table they have outside and enjoy my frozen coffee with whip cream and Carmel . It’s great
I used to have good experiences at this Dunkin', but today around 7pm, I encountered a young female employee who was extremely rude and not customer-oriented at all. It was disappointing to be treated that way, especially since I’ve had great service here in the past. Hoping management addresses this to maintain the quality of customer service I've come to expect.

Yall got to get more staff. I placed my order online, Drove ten minutes and Waited 20 minutes for a pickup order that was a medium cold brew. Two people on shift is crazy. Get Indeed or put an ad out. Having 30 minutes to fully prep one drink is not acceptable.
