First time ever coming to this location, went about 9:30, mid morning rush time. They were fast with my order, and the coffee was great! Sometimes when I order hot coffee it tastes burnt, their coffee was great

The lady is always rushing you as soon as you pull up. I’ve been here twice first time I didn’t want to think that’s how they are and maybe they had a bad morning but no second time and she rolls her eyes and rushes you. Coffee is never good..

I was in the drive through to place an order for my son that was in the car with me, and I could hear the lady who was taking my order making fun of me, I don’t know if she thought I’m on mute or what ..!! but she kept repeating my words in a silly way, I felt very disrespected and very uncomfortable especially having my son in the car and he could hear them too.

I asked for vanilla bean M iced coffee with whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top. I have no idea if it was the vanilla bean or something else that they got pumpkin. When I asked at the speaker what they said I was ignored. The screen was covered with a sign. Til I was done with my order that I seen “pumpkin swirl” I had to race down to the window so they wouldn’t have to redo the coffee. But when I corrected my order to the 3 ladies that were there they just started yelling, one just squeezed the syrup to one side and all speaking a language I didn’t understand. Giving me and my husband attitude. I didn’t appreciate the service but over all the food was okay. Burnt but fine.

I get the same coffee everywhere I go. Why does the coffee I get from thus location always taste like water????. 3 times already. I think im just going to avoid this location for now on.
