POOR SERVICE, burnt food, unprofessional manager on Father’s Day 2025. Jennifer the “general manager “ at this location is useless, unprofessional and unable to resolve issues. I received a bad batch of rib tips on Father’s Day 6/15/2025. The ribs were extremely overcooked and hard. Jennifer was rude, unprofessional and not willing to provide service recovery . She insisted I drive 20 miles on Father’s Day to return inedible food that served me as a customer. Jennifer then insisted that she will provide me with a “slice of pie” for the inconvenience. Lol! She’s a joke of a manager, I am disappointed and disputing the charge with my bank. Jennifer and the rest of the cooks this location ruined Father’s Day. I will be reporting to Corporate also.

I ordered 2 full slab rib dinners to go. The problem, my ribs were very undercooked . I had to place them in the oven for 30 minutes before eating . Rule of thumb- please take your time and cook the ribs thoroughly before serving them . I forgot to mention, the restaurant was very slow(not busy).

I love famous Dave’s food. Everything is always yummy. I wish they brought back the baked potatoes though. It was a huge reason why I would go there. Now I choose other bbq places that have baked potatoes.

Robert’s service was top-notch; his service was great and prompt. He made sure that we (my wife and I), were taken care of with respect to good service.

Will never go back. Only a few cars in the parking lot. Food was terrible. Rib tips were dried out, wedges luke warm. Very disappointing for an $80.00 lunch. Don't waste your time or money.

In my opinion, Definitely over priced for the quality of food received. Was recently there this week during the day; only a few customers inside. Ordered the two meat special with two sides for 24.99. Had 5 rib bones and the were salty and hard to chew. The chicken leg quarter looked like it was fit for a toddler. Ate it because we had a long day and was hungry. Totally disappointed in how much we spent .
