Food was hot and fresh and looked delicious. Burgers just weren't quite my favorite but my husband enjoyed his. The fat fries were hot but tasted a little plain. The sweet potatoes were delicious! Overall a good experience just not memorable or crave-inducing.

I was really excited to hear about one of my favorites coming to Orland Park. The burgers are delicious. But every time I get food they ALWAYS forget something. Twice no sauce for wings and one time they even forgot my burger. Come on guys we have to do better!

I'm honestly bamboozled by the rave reviews. It's overpriced boring burgers and unsalted fries. The BBQ sauce is terrible and has a strong cinnamon taste making the western burger pretty much inedible. First time there. Not impressed.

Ordered food on-line, paid for it then got there to pick it up....was then told they didn't have what I ordered and that they substituted with something else I didn't want. They didn't offer to refund the difference or any kind of discount. Just sorry you ordered something else, have a nice day. Order at your own risk.

Pleasantly pleased at our first time here! Got the Impossible Burger and FatBurger with skinny fries and sweet potato fries! Glad they also had Dairy Free cheese! We got so full had to save the fries for later! Also, got to come back to try the Vegan Shake options ($10) and Regular Shake options ($6).Vegetarian options: Vegan and Vegeterian options including shakes, dairy free cheese, and topping options!

I absolutely love Fatburger! It is so hard to find a good turkey burger so I’m super happy that Fatburger has one of the best! I frequent the spot often!

Don’t order a large drink because they will charge you for one but not give you one cause they don’t even carry large… they also don’t do refunds once they charge you incorrectly. To make it “right” they gave a shake. Ordered banana… they don’t have banana. It’s posted and advertised ALL over but not carried. Food wasn’t even hot. Go to McDonald’s instead.
