I tried this place for the first time and was very pleased. The drive thru order taker (Jessica) was very kind and pleasant with taking my order and serving it with a smile! That meant so much to me, You have an absolute gem working there!

Finally brought the rest of my family to try the FREDDY'S ORIGINAL DOUBLE COMBO and their delicious frozen custard. I have been here before 3 times with my sons and had a great experience. But on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at about 8:35pm we did not have a good experience. First off, after we ordered the food and I told my wife how delicious their frozen custard was, the cashier said the frozen custard machines were down. I was very upset by this. I really wanted frozen custard. Second problem, the buns on all the burgers were not toasted/baked. This really messed up the overall taste of the burgers. Fries were great. Third problem, the cashier messed up my daughter’s chicken tenders MEAL. He rang it up as just chicken tenders only so I had to go back and order fries. Fourth problem, at 9:15pm my son went to get a refill and was told by the floor associate that the beverage machines were off. My son didn’t believe her so he went to try the beverage machine and, they were off, 45 mins before they close?? On the way out my wife said, “don’t bring me here again the burgers weren’t all that”. My daughters who never came here before also agreed with her while me and my sons were defending the PAST burgers that were delicious and that today’s burgers were bad because they were not toasted\baked.I gave this restaurant 3 stars instead of 1 because I love Freddy’s. Me and my sons will still come back (but never after 7pm). As for my wife and daughters, most likely will never come back.

Burgers are vey bland, got a turtle sundae didn't see any pecans on or in sundae ... For the cost on meals I expected a lot more but got a lot less

Went into the drive-through line sat there for 25 minutes. Employees inside shop not taking any orders. Do not go here back in the day. It was good food but nobody will take your orders.Parking: Do not go to this location they will not get you any food
The prices were kinda high for what you get. They use to be good. The last two times I've been there the burgers where not that good, they where very dry. The fries where over cooked. Won't be hoing there for a long time.

I just tried this place recently and I must say, the food is delicious. The hot dog is on par with portillos and I just tried the patty melt today. Good lord was it fantastic.

Very excellent food! My chicken tenders & fries were very good. The price for the food is very expensive though.Management should hire a real cleaning service to clean up their bathrooms. It was atrocious. Other than that my food was good and the employees were very kind.
