This has been my favorite restaurant for 25+ years. Their service and food are of the highest quality. They are better than any hibachi restaurant and I will only go here for hibachi. The garlic lobster and shrimp are out of this world. I have even gotten taken out numerous of times and it’s still just as delicious!

I typically enjoy hibachi and have had great experiences at other locations, but this restaurant was a disappointment. The atmosphere was dim and uninviting, and I felt uncomfortable with staff members standing outside the restaurant, often staring at the guests and occasionally laughing, which gave the impression they were mocking us. The food quality was noticeably subpar, and the portion sizes were significantly smaller than what I’ve come to expect from a hibachi meal. While the wait staff and the chef were friendly and attentive, the overall experience felt overpriced for the low-quality food and small portions. I won’t be returning to this location.

Fuji Japanese House is one of the best hibachi restaurant I’ve ever been too and I’ve been to many, But I assure you no one has better food. It’s kind of hidden at 151st and Lagrange behind the Chase bank next to Michael’s . A bit pricey but its worth it. Try it you won’t be disappointed .

Parking: It’s a strip mall plenty of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoy the show at the hibachi grill.

The food was good. Chef was good. Just too expensive. Never seen $20 and up for tempura appetizer. Mai tai is just basic.Rice was too hardBut Hibachi was good..if it wasn’t that expensive
