Sorry I haven't had Giordano's for years. I have enjoyed the deep dish pizza. we tried the tavern style pizza for Halloween night. I realize they were very busy but the pizza was just awful it was burnt( 2 pizzas ) the crust had a stale texture that was not normal I paid a lot of money for pizza worse than Costco pizza😞

On October 18th, our family held a 13th birthday party for my daughter. She and her guests loved the classic tavern pizzas, and appetizer platter. They also ventured to try the fried calamari and raved about it! The wait staff was so accommodating and attentive making the celebration so memorable. Thank you, Giordano's Pizza in Orland Park, IL!

I genuinely love the (deep dish!!) pizza, but the switch to Uber only delivery is disappointing and honestly makes me think twice about ordering again. It feels like a step backward in service. Uber drivers aren’t held to the same standard, and the experience has been consistently unprofessional. If you take pride in your brand and product, it should extend to every part of the customer experience including delivery. Bring back your own drivers. Once again, it doesn’t reflect well on the brand. Many of us in the Orland Park community talk about it, and it seems like more and more people are thinking twice before ordering. If you care about your reputation and your customers’ experience, bringing back real delivery drivers should be a priority.
I been having the pizzas since you first open up on 63 & California more than 50 years ago. Yesterday pizza was BAD. The large stuffed sausage had no taste and stuck to the cardboard. The small stuffed special had large HARD vegetables that was hard to chew.

Got a bunch of foods and drinks. Pretty good deep dish... I dont know why but the pan dish wasn't for me. All drinks being $13 is a bit steep alone with all shots being $9. Kinda steep prices for drinks.
