I like this business generally. Hardworking and very organized. Food is good. However most businesses around here have stopped buying cola and Pepsi because of boycott. Grapevine is still buying and selling these items. It’s weird that they haven’t changed yet. I’ll change my review after this inshallah. Also I’m not sure where they source their meat from. Would like more information on this. Would be best if they get their meat from muslim businesses or halal certified. If they can make sure this is the case that would be much better and to post the certification. JazakAllahukhairan

They’re never get your order correct. It’s ridiculous. This is the 3rd time this happens where I order a side salad and they give me a big platter of hummus. Check your entire order before you leave because they sure won’t.

Not the first time I order their food. This time the cabbage rolled leaves were not cooked enough, they were crunchy and hard to cut thru! It was also loaded with pepper and was border line spicy, so the stuffing of rice and meat was too spicy. I also ordered the Musakhan rolls... Bad idea!! For $2 a piece (small pieces) I doubted they even gave me the right order! Where's the summak?!!! What's a Musakhan without summak!??? They were blah, not like the usual Musakhan ... If I were them, I'd stick with regular Musakhan and ditch this joke of a Musakhan roll! I did call to talk to the owner to let her know about my disappointment, but the gal who answered didn't seem to care and said Alamiyyah does not come to the shop a lot, so I asked her to let her know and maybe call me, well, that doesn't seem to be an interest. I wish Arabic and/or Middle Eastern eateries care more about their reviews. . The lady on the phone said (many order them and love them that way) as I told her that it didn't taste like musakhan! That's a typical response from Arab restaurants, sadly!! Unlike regular restaurants of any sort where CS and customer satisfaction is important. I guess as they keep using Mexicans to cook this Arabic food, quality will keep diminishing!! Won't order that again!! Very disappointed!

I’m shocked at the poor customer service at this location. The lady who answered is unwilling to help, talkative with no real substance, and almost unhappy to bring her restaurant business. After placing an order, I thanked her and she just proceeded to hang up in my face. After calling back a couple of times and her answering and hanging up, I decided to take my business elsewhere and cancel the order. Thanks for wasting my time.
