I couldn't wait for Haraz Coffee house to open in Orland Park, IL so I kept my eyes on it for a while. Once it did & I walked through that door, I felt instantly enchanted by beauty & my heart began to explode! Love’s hurricane has come (Kabir)!I was immediately taken by all the shiny accents, gorgeous desserts, expressive murals depicting Yemen's essence, unique beverage options, diverse musical playlists, and most importantly, the bright smiles greeting me. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, consistently professional & most attentive.The lead manager is especially remarkable. He models a strong work ethic, a playful demeanor, and sincerely cares that people are having a quality Haraz experience. It seems he nurtures his crew to craft & serve every menu item with the utmost care & love. You feel like you are in sacred space & part of a loving community.So whether you're looking for *exceptional* flavors (the saffron latte served with generous saffron is divine), wanting a space to study/work/reflect/create in a wonderful ambience, hoping to meet friends, make new ones or revel in solitude, Haraz Coffee House is one of the most inviting, delicious, hip & welcoming places in Orland Park. Note the interior is kept immaculate. The outdoor seating area is also quite lovely.Haraz Coffee House is a magical, magnetic, south suburban, global village sanctuary. Haraz is ALL HEART. I absolutely loved this place! The coffee was amazing and their oat milk cookie was delicious. The service was totally welcoming and warm. Love this place! And definitely going back.

Service is trash. I went in tonight to purchase a coffee and a pastry. Guy behind the counter walked away when I walked up to place my order. I figured he was walking away to make someone else’s order. No, he just stepped back to have a personal conversation with a group of coworkers who also decided to ignore me. After a few minutes, he walked back to the counter then walked away again when he saw I was still there. Didn’t say anything - just walked away to continue his conversation. Maybe a minute later someone walked up to take my order, but by then I was done. Was the personal conversation so important that they had to make a customer wait? Did they think of they ignored me long enough I would just go away? Did they ignore me because of my race (I’m Black)? Don’t know, but I won’t be going back.

Coffee was okay, a bit overpriced. Staff was not friendly. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Probably won't go again.
Tried this coffeehouse on a whim and now I keep coming back. Staff is incredibly sweet and kind, especially when I need guidance on trying some of the more traditional drinks I haven't had before. You can't go wrong with anything in the bakery case, and I love that there are so many options.

It was my favorite place,,,came several times,,but today this morning the manger was extremely rude with me,, all because i said i got the wrong drink,, and that its not the drink i wanted,,he handled the situation in a very rude way causing a big scene infront of the other customers,, totally embarrassing situation,,i was with my daughter, i called the owner and complained he was very professional person, he promised to look in to what happened,,but unfortunately i will never come back again. And on the top of that a CUSTOMER out of no where came and attacked me telling me that i should go get a drink from somewhere else. I dont know if she is related to the manager or what was her problem,,,it was a terrible experience today,,never ever ever coming back.
