I went to eat with my daughters at this restaurant to celebrate a birthday & there was a cockroach on the wall right next to me as we were eating. It was disgusting, a server helped by killing it at the table next to our food and then wiped the table, it was disgusting. I will never be back to dine at this place. We weren't even offered a discount or a sincere apology for the huge inconvenience. Although I'm appalled by this incident, it is not our servers fault, and would like to make that clear.

I have been getting scammed from this location and now it’s even worse. I order 10 wings and it comes with 1-2 sauces. I always order tmi and extra tmi. They started telling me I had to pay $1.25 for the extra sauce even though it comes with 2 but then the next time I go they hit “double dip on the side TMI” and magically they don’t charge me. I order my boss a side garden salad and I ask for no green pepper. They tell me that it doesn’t come with green peppers even tho it does. Online it shows no green peppers for the side but the full they charged and gave me had green peppers. The the guy tells me he can’t do anything but refund the $41.98 and wait the 7-10 business days for it to go on my card but he will then have to recharge me $32-33 for the proper order with the side salad so I would have spent $74 on 3 items two days before THANKSGIVING. He said he’s sorry that’s all he can do. So basically we paid for a full salad and got stuck with it and it had the one thing we didn’t ask for on it. Manager says next time place it online, I said I legit tried and it didn’t let me get ranch for the salad so he says then just come in and tell us as if this is all just common sense. This location gives nothing but issues and for all the girls they keep hiring they sure can’t do a simple job. I asked for th total on the phone v cause I felt something was wrong, the girl says “I’m not the cashier I can’t give the total.” Okay so basically yall can’t do anything right at this point.

I came here a few weeks ago. The food and service was amazing. I really want to give the manager on staff a huge thanks. I had a few too many drinks and he did his due diligence and cut me off. Sadly I forgot his name, but I spoke to him and shook his hand. I was not angry, I was thankful. I've been going through life trials and been homeless living out my van. That was the most caring thing someone has done for me in some time. It was a gentleman's reminder to stay safe. That was next level and I appreciate it. Thank you very much and please keep up the amazing work.

Came here with my family and once the host sat us we immediately noticed they separated the whites on one end of the building and blacks on the another end. We sat for a few and then noticed 2 black couples walk in and sat in the section by us. A white couple walked in as I mentioned something to the host and they sat them in the section with the other whites. The hostess claims that wasn’t the case but it surely looked like that. I wish I could upload photos but I don’t want to take photos of people w/o their permission. I will never come back here. And I love hooters. This just put a bad taste in my mouth. We only stayed bc my son love their burgers and I didn’t want to upset him.

I’m really not someone who writes negative reviews, but this time I’m truly disappointed, and I feel I can’t stay quiet. We wanted to meet with guests visiting from Europe and bring them to Hooters to remember the good old times. We arrived before 4 PM — there were many open tables, and the server greeted us right away. It seemed like things would go well.
But everything went downhill from there.
We ordered our drinks and waited for our cold beer. When it arrived, it was poured so carelessly that the entire pitcher overflowed and spilled all over the table. Foam kept running, and the server simply walked away without wiping anything. We had to clean the mess ourselves, which already felt disappointing.
Then the food came — chicken wings, fries, and more — but only three plates for five people. We kept waiting for plates and silverware, watching our food get cold. What made it even more discouraging was that the waitress never came back even once to check on us. She didn’t ask if everything was okay, if we needed anything, or if she could fix the situation. It truly felt like we were invisible. She only showed up again when it was time to bring the check.
And to make things worse, the bill included two pitchers of beer. Yet the first pitcher ended up all over the table, and the second pitcher was never brought to us at all.
It’s honestly heartbreaking to see how far the service has fallen. Where are the good Hooters times we used to enjoy? This experience left us let down, embarrassed in front of our guests, and deeply disappointed.

We walked in at 4:43p for dinner on Saturday 10/18. We had to wait 10-15 minutes for a table which was perfectly fine. We get to the table and we are waiting for our waitress to at least take or drink order. We see a waitress behind us taking an order but we wasn't sure if she was our waitress. 15 - 20 minutes later the same waitress came to our table. At this time I was annoyed because she could have at least greeted us. The food took forever to come only to have lukewarm food. I have noticed a trend with Hookers, their food is never hot just lukewarm. If it wasn't for the people I was with, I would have never come here. Be sure I will never come back. Also teach your staff that if the food is taking longer than usual say something to the table or at least if they need refills.
