Terrible service, manager has no control over his employees. It’s sad how ghetto the experience at this location was. Workers drinking screaming and getting into fights throwing drinks at each other.

Place was not busy at all. First stood waiting to be seated 10-15 minutes while the manager just stared at us. Then finally was seated gave our order and waited another 15 minutes and still waitress never came back with our drinks. So got up and walked out never had to do that ever but the service was so terrible. They should good bankrupt and close the doors . Hooters seen it days.

Ordered 50 wings to go for a Super Bowl party. Restaurant was very busy with to go orders and they still were able to get me my food by my assigned time. Great service!

We come here simply because it’s closest but rather not. We live hooters wings but this locations service is terrible.
On two occasions I order for pick up. The first time was for a birthday and it was hours in advance. I said I would pick up at a specific time and they confirmed. When I got there they said that they canceled the order because one of the waitresses claimed that I called and cancelled.. I was like, “But I only called once..like how does that even happen?”
Fine. I chucked it up to simple mistake. They didn’t offer any “I’m sorry, here’s 10% off” for having to wait an additional 30 minutes or anything.
Today, my husband ordered for pick up and they said it would be ready at 6:45pm. It is now 7:40pm :)
AN HOUR EXTRA OF WAITING even though we called well ahead of time. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere.

Chairs and table dirty, waitress Roni was the worse got our order wrong, couldn't understand what she was saying. I get a slice of key lime pie to go, big ass bag and container. This what I get when I get home.. Roni not the brightness..

I recently had a terrible experience at Hooters in Orland Park, largely due to our waitress, Hannah. I had forgotten my ID at home, but she served me a drink without carding me. After I started drinking, she suddenly decided to kick me out because I didn’t have my ID, which felt completely unfair and inconsistent. To make matters worse, they hadn’t even served us our food yet, so my family and I left hungry and frustrated. This was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner, my last night in town, but Hannah’s attitude ruined the entire evening. When I told her it was my birthday and how disappointed I was, she rudely responded, “I’m okay with the fact that I ruined your birthday.” I’ve never experienced such poor customer service before, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone if this is how they treat customers.

The food is decent but the service is frustrating, it takes a long time to bring any drink even if there are only a few people.
Came in and ordered takeout. It took sometime before my order was ready. They just let my food sit on the counter before packing it and calling my name. Once home the food was cold, no seasoning and barely any sauce on the wings. Do not recommend this location.

Disappointing Experience
My husband and I visited the Orland Park Hooters recently and were thoroughly disappointed with the service and overall experience. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by several issues that need immediate attention.
1. Incorrect Food Order and Cold Fries: I ordered the 10 Boneless Bundle, specifically requesting 5 Daytona Beach and 5 Three Mile Island flavors. Instead, I received 5 plain and 5 Daytona Beach. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she responded with "hmm let me get you some sauce" and brought a small cup of Three Mile Island sauce. This half-hearted attempt to rectify the mistake was unacceptable.
2. Confusing and Unclear Promotion Terms: When it came time to pay our bill, we attempted to use two $5 gift cards received from this location two weeks prior as part of a promotion. We were told we couldn't use the gift cards without "Santa Bucks," which we never received. This was confusing and frustrating, as we were under the impression that the gift cards alone were sufficient as that is all we received when gift cards were purchased.
3. Unprofessional Managerial Behavior: The most shocking part of our visit was the behavior of the manager. When we raised our concerns and presented the receipt, the manager displayed a sarcastic demeanor, laughed, rolled her eyes, and shrugged off our concerns. She insisted there was nothing she could do without the "Santa Bucks" and dismissed our food order issues. Her behavior was appalling and unacceptable for someone in a managerial position. I have emailed the General Manager twice and have received no reply!
