Came here for national free pancake day, expecting that I would get a small amount at best. I was surprised when I got three fair sized pancakes. The server was friendly, and all they asked for was an optional donation to charity, which I gladly gave. The rest of my party seemed to enjoy their meals as well.

Went for AYCE pancakes. Waitresses and cooks have a scheme working if you go in the evening. All the pancakes and eggs have been pre-made and are sitting under a warmer. They take your order and make you wait a long time as though they are preparing it fresh. They then bring out hard lukewarm food on a hot plate. Don't plan to go back to this one.

Had breakfast with my dad. Food came quickly, was very hot and very good. The waiters and waitresses, were on top of their game.

Came here one night it was empty I had a burger and hashbrowns and a cheese cake pancakes It was five of us so we had an appetizer plate, jalapeno burger, garlic burger,chicken tenders and pancakes and a kids burger meal. They ran out of onion rings long story short nothing was good burger didn't taste like the other ihop in matterson the syrup selection where was it they only had one syrup I like the selection of syrup and plus the added a 15% tax on my order with out asking never again they took the tax off. Not the same no more it must be new owners

Nice clean atmosphere. Pleasant and courteous server. My food was absolutely delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection! I recommend eating here.

The food was good, the servers were very friendly but so slow. It was about little past 8am when we arrived , not a lotta customers. It seems the employees were having a nice time in the back because there was a lot of loud yelling and laughing. Perhaps that is why service was so slow because too many in the back and not enough in the customer area. I am all for employees not getting bored, but when you are in a service oriented environment, u gotta get your priorities right.

Does anyone even work here? Terrible. Took forever to be seated, for a waitress, we could have walked out on our bill and no one would have known. Stood at the counter for a good 15 minutes waiting to pay our bill. If they had a staff that cared about their customers I would give a MUCH better review, but they dont, so it is 1 star.
