Every time I go to this location, the employees are pleasant. They are tentative, and their accuracy is on point. Customer service is the best, unlike other locations I have visited. I will always choose this location no matter where I am in Illinois.
Couldn’t get a carrot/orange juice because the machine was ‘being cleaned.’ As a former Jamba employee, this is completely unacceptable especially since the store was still open for another hour. I might have been able to understand if it was a half hour before closing, but the machines should not be broken down when there is still an hour until closing. Shame on you, Orland Park Jamba. I don’t make a big deal about things like this, but I’m thinking about complaining to corporate simply based on principle. If there weren’t so few Jambas left, you would have lost a loyal customer tonight. I hope my point was made clear when I did not leave a tip (which I have never done…until tonight). Just sad. Very sad.
