The Orland Park location is no longer freaky fast. We miss the Jimmy John’s delivery we had all last summer. Now they are using Uber and it takes over 45 minutes sometimes longer. Not worth it in the extra fees for delivery.

We ordered delivery for our lunch break on Friday. The order took 45 minutes to arrive, so we completely missed our lunch time. When we called the store, we were told that the order was on its way; but it didn't arrive for another 20 minutes. Will never order from here again.

Don't go within the last hour of closing. I told them I wanted a #17 with onions, avocado spread, no mayo and cheese and they gave me a #17 with no onions, no avocado spread and with mayo on it. I ordered a brownie, they didn't give me a brownie but they charged me for a brownie. Now I see why there are so many 1 star ratings. I'm never going back.

General manager was just very rude when I asked to be refunded wanted to credit me but unsure what her attitude was about I’m a loyal customer to Jimmy John’s in Orland the cashier was very sweet and tried to help but unfortunately she had to refer back to her general manager she didn’t give me her name unfortunately when I asked very upset with this experience and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION rather go to the city
This place sucks every other Jimmy John’s is freaky fast not this one ordered at 440 my wife had to leave at 530 figured she would have her sandwich and go to work nope food didn’t arrive til 445 one hour and five minutes terrible customer
