General manager was just very rude when I asked to be refunded wanted to credit me but unsure what her attitude was about I’m a loyal customer to Jimmy John’s in Orland the cashier was very sweet and tried to help but unfortunately she had to refer back to her general manager she didn’t give me her name unfortunately when I asked very upset with this experience and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION rather go to the city

The sandwiches are really good but there is an employee that has a full in kept beard and long hair. It freaks me out because he never wears a hat or anything to cover his head. Isn't that against the law? It keeps me from going there.

I can’t tell you how the food was because I ordered it at 2:30 and at 4 o’clock it still didn’t arrive. Freaky fast????? I mean terrible. You only have 1 driver. You excepted me to eat a sandwich that been sitting at your store then in a car for over an hour. Couldn’t tell you tho I had to cancel it cuz I didn’t want food that’s sitting there for over an hour and a half. When I called and cancelled the order he sounded very rude and very condescending. 0 stars if I could.

DONT GO HERE!!, I ordered the jalapeño wrap in the number five sandwich for delivery and when I received it it was soggy. I spoke to the manager on the phone and she refused to give me my refund. Please do not go here unless you want a soggy old stepped on sandwich.This place sucks and is very dirty and the customer service is absolutely terrible. This place seriously needs to close down because they have messed up my order multiple times and I have always received a soggy old looking sandwich and has been rude to other customers in front of me when I was in line. They are very disrespectful and one of the employees that worked there was swearing at a customer because a customer got upset about an order instead of going about it a different way. It was also another incident where a customer was upset about their sandwich and asked for them to remake it three times and when the employee was done making the sandwich a third time he threw it at the customer. I couldn’t believe my eyes it was unbelievable. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WHAT TERRIBLE FOOD AND WANT TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

I came in for a catering pick up order and I was told by the girl with the green hair that my pick up would be on the rack but I told her I had catering and she rolled her eyes at me. Then I asked her if she could give me a bag with napkins in it and she responded with "we already put mayo on the sandwiches" and I told her if I could get the napkins anyways. She came back and dropped the bag rudely on top of my order and she tucked her hands in her apron and turned her back to me. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but the customers have no fault to her attitude. Wouldn't recommend having her at the location.

I come to this location a lot with my children I was there tonight with my daughter and her friends there's a woman with green hair working the front starring at my daughter and her friends and whispering to the other worker. She was giving us dirty looks for what reason we have no idea,we decided to take our food and leave. How dare you have an employee starring at 12 year old little girls and giving them dirty looks.
