I ordered over the phone, and what I ordered isn't what I received. When I called back and tried to talk to Saim he became very defensive. Then his response was to make it seem like I was argumentative and he was trying. But it was the other way. He was argumentative and would not listen at all then he hung up on me. I called back, and was hung up on again. I called and before I can say one word Saim starts to be aggressive all I was calling back for was his name. So I had to talk over him and tell him all I was calling back for was your name. He stoped his ranting and gave me his name and spelled it for me. Thank you for that Saim. Sometimes people should listen to others. Instead of assuming the worst about someone.

This is what you get for regular veggie sandwich look how they have spaced out the tomato 3 slice , cucumber 3 slice and 2 piece of cheese with lettuce sprinkled. It’s not worth the money . Please don’t buy veggie sandwich here

Ordered lunch for me and my coworker and it’s been an hour since I ordered and it still hasn’t been delivered. The shop is 8 min away from my work. Shouldn’t take an hour + to deliver two sandwiches.

Awful - this location has gone down hill completely.
Ordered at 7:50pm for delivery (1.4 miles away). At 8:45, still no food. No call. Nothing. I finally call there - girl says “uh….we ran out of bread”.
What?? So you don’t call me? Or email? Or text? Wtf.
Last week: OVER AN HOUR for delivery. No call. No heads up. Nothing. I called there after 45min! They said “it should be there soon”.
A month ago: my dad ordered food for 6 ppl - picked it up - 2 sandwhiches were wrong. Like, not even in the same universe as what was ordered.
Never again. So disappointed. Poor customer service.

The past 2 times it's been a bad experience. This time I had to ask for my change, my sandwich was wrong and the bread was hard. The time before that they were out of bread. I needed 4 sandwiches and there only enough for 2. This was during the dinner hour. I was the only person there. I went to Jersey Mike's. Which is way better.

The worker named Sam, Called himself one of the store managers when he clearly has no idea how to deal with customers. I’m a long time customer that orders 1-3 times per week and it’s always curbside orders. Every time I get there I call to let them know I’m here because in the past they didn’t notice. Never had issues with calling them. So today This worker named Sam tells me to not call the store. I told him I can call the store if I want to. He then proceeded to tell me I can leave then. I then asked to speak to the manager he said he is one of the managers. This is a joke. Let that speak for itself dude is ignorant and rude. Trust me I will be leaving and not coming back bud.

The worst Jimmy John’s ever in these past couple months. I keep going back because it’s closest but the kids just keep messing things up. Today was no different. Forget about asking them to cut in Half as they must not no ow now to read those letters. Tuna was on half of my sandwich and not enough to spread across, they didn’t add my extras I requested ie jalepenos and onions. Just so disappointing all you have to do is look at the reciept and add what u see on there? Management needs to focus on training or just get new management! Something isn’t working!

Worst JJ I ordered from. This is what I got for 9$ , For all who orderes unwhich, regular sandwich wrapped with lattes. But one slice of roast beef wrapped like that. Me and my husband got same sandwich same one slice . Paid 18$ for this!!!I asked the guy who made it about his name and he responded “Justen.. the general manager ?”

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Their customer service is horrible, they will ruin your order EVERY SINGLE TIME, and if you call to ask them to fix it they will call you a liar, tell you off and refuse to help you. I had to call Corporate to get a refund. Never have I experienced such rude service over a nasty $5 sub.. this will be the last time I give this company my money.The only reason I'm leaving this review is because of how rude the guy spoke to me and yelled at me. Calling me a liar and not even letting me speak. I have never in my 40yrs experienced that. The kids this company has hired are SO RUDE, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
