Avoid this place. Don’t waste your time or money. Sandwich bread was hard as a rock. The bread was over baked. Requested a remake and the “Manager” (Emari) said that’s just the way the bread is here at JJ. She stated if she makes me a new sandwich it will be the same. Literally argued with me and extremely rude. Asks for my money back and she told me it will be 5 days before I can get it back. Never again, this JJ has gone down hill. Deserves a zero.

I just watched what I assume to be the manager cutting the meat with no gloves on — putting her bare hands on the meat. That is disgusting. I was so shocked I took a video.

Wow! They screwed up every order before me. Waited 20 minutes and they screwed up my whole sandwich and it was a favorite. Only thing I asked was no mayo. They forgot the whole sandwich. Reached cooperate, they pawn it off on they are franchises. Then another outreach for them thanking me for feedback, yet failing to address how I ordered a giant sandwich and basically got ripped off. Never again will I ever step in this trash establishment again!

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered a sandwich and BBQ chips for pickup. I found out they forgot to put my chips in the bag after I got home. The restaurant was completely empty when I walked in, so I was surprised that they forgot my chips. Also, my order was the only one on the shelf. Pretty pathetic they can't get one order correct. I can't imagine what they would do if they were actually busy. I asked for my money back for the chips I didn't receive, and they still won't give it to me. I guess I made a donation to Jimmy Johns. I read other reviews, and they're spot on. They have high school kids working here who don't care at all. I won't eat here ever again, and I'll tell anyone I can to avoid this place. People don't take pride in their business anymore. I'd be EMBARRASSED if I was this franchise's owner. Definitely stay away from this location.
For the Jimmy Johns person/bot that just replied to me, I already contacted the owner twice. Her name is Elizabeth, and she sent me some blanket bs email twice. I asked her for a refund twice, and she hasn't replied.

Like others, I have stupidly given this place several chances and I continue to be disappointed. At this point, I blame owndership/management. It seems they cannot figure out how to adequately staff this location and continue to ask too much of the few team members on shift leading to delays and poor product quality. It is disappointing after the many poor reviews that nothing has changed. Feel free to take your chance, it's just a sandwich after all.

I ordered over the phone, and what I ordered isn't what I received. When I called back and tried to talk to Saim he became very defensive. Then his response was to make it seem like I was argumentative and he was trying. But it was the other way. He was argumentative and would not listen at all then he hung up on me. I called back, and was hung up on again. I called and before I can say one word Saim starts to be aggressive all I was calling back for was his name. So I had to talk over him and tell him all I was calling back for was your name. He stoped his ranting and gave me his name and spelled it for me. Thank you for that Saim. Sometimes people should listen to others. Instead of assuming the worst about someone.
This is what you get for regular veggie sandwich look how they have spaced out the tomato 3 slice , cucumber 3 slice and 2 piece of cheese with lettuce sprinkled. It’s not worth the money . Please don’t buy veggie sandwich here

I finally call there - girl says “uh….we ran out of bread”. What?? So you don’t call me? Or email? Or text? Wtf. Last week: OVER AN HOUR for delivery. No call. No heads up. Nothing. I called there after 45min! They said “it should be there soon”. A month ago: my dad ordered food for 6 ppl - picked it up - 2 sandwhiches were wrong.
