The food was delicious. I had steak and shrimp. The bathroom was clean, and we got on the waiting list in advance, so we only waited for a few minutes for the table when we got there. Margarita was good also.

Bartender Edgar was rude , then hair in my food and when they brought me a new one the, I’m assuming, kitchen manager? Made a snarky comment and said “let me know if I need to remake this AGAIN for you”. We won’t be returning & are super disappointed as the Bolingbrook location is 10x better.

We arrived with a large party. There was a wait but it was worth it. Everything we ordered was delicious. Food was fresh and well seasoned. The drinks taste perfect. Our waiter Zachary A. Was our server and he was excellent. He did not miss a beat and was kind. We will be returning!!!
This Longhorn Steakhouse location is my and my husband's absolute favorite. The food is always fresh, delicious, and piping hot. The servers here are phenomenal! We have had Rebecca as our waitress twice and couldn't have received better service. She was attentive, provided great menu recommendations, and was exceptionally kind.My favorite dish at this location is the Outlaw Ribeye - Medium, and the fantastic chefs here prepare it perfectly for each visit. I highly recommend this location to all family and friends and will continue to dine here in the future.

The host, service, food and drinks were good! Steak was seasoned well and tender. I gave 4 stars because the steak had a lot of fat on it. Other than that ?Dined in recently and service was still good. My husband's steak was not cooked properly but they corrected it with no problem.
