I swear, this place should be making a killing off of their teas alone. The most flavorful teas I've had compared to most other boba places I've been. I got a Thai milk tea from a donut place, then came straight here when I tasted that flavorless milk tea because I knew they wouldn't disappoint. I've had at least half of their teas at this point, and none have missed. The food is just a huge bonus. Firstly, I'm so glad that they have kimchi; it's really good! Secondly, I know egg drop soup is usually on the more subtle side, but this was the most appetizing egg drop soup I've ever had (then again, I've been to no Michelin Star restaurants). Third, it's a clean place and the staff is friendly! Fourth, and most importantly for me, none of their seafood dishes so far have had that "may or may have expired" taste. The shrimp and scallops are always fresh tasting! I don't know what I'd do if this place closed for some reason.

I ordered egg drop soup, fried rice, Mongolian beef, rangoons, and Taro boba. Everything was hot and delicious and they even included a free plain fried rice. Everything is priced very fairly and everything I ate tasted great. I have enough food to feed me for a week! I especially enjoyed the Taro boba! Very refreshing! All in all plentiful, yummy food for a good price!

If negative stars was a thing this would have recieved it. My wife ordered pineapple fried rice that smelled like fish. The rice that came with my dinner combo had a zingy taste to it. The whole order had a fish taste and smell to it. Would never order from this place agian. Me and my wife got so sick I should sue this resturant could not believe they serve spoiled food. Was my first and last time ordering from this place and let it be a warning for others isn't even worth trying unless you want to get sick.

Bought Chinese here because I had guests over. I ordered 2 large jumbo shrimp fried rice & 1 with extra jumbo shrimp. The one with extra jumbo shrimp fried rice was in a large container and the regular rice was in what looks like a small/medium box. Unfortunately I wasn’t satisfied with the one in a small box because that’ll mean I’ll have to pay $17.95 for a real size Large. The flavor of the food overall was a 5/10.

If you're craving Chinese food, this is the place to order from. The food is always consistent and delicious! The most surprising dishes to me that I will have to keep ordering again and again is the Mongolian Beef and the bubble tea. Of all places, their Taro Bubble Tea is the best I've had in the area and most authentic. It even comes in a cute cup! I've tried the Wonton Soup, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, Singapore noodles and eggrolls. Always get the fried rice, it's addicting! The eggrolls aren't my cup of tea but still tastes pretty decent. I think it'll just depend on your taste. Everything else is stellar!

Beef Chop Suey was the worst! Vegetables were hard & under cooked. My first & last visit to this place.

Five Fong Chef has become our “go to” Chinese food place. We live in Palos, but the drive to Orland is 100 percent worth it!The Hunan chicken is fantastic and so is fried rice. The sweet and sour chicken is the most flavorful of any place in the area that we have tried. They offer lunch specials during the week and the portions are huge for the money! We absolutely love this place, and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!
