If I could rate it 6/5 I would, Mastic Gelato is amazing — super fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. The store is clean and has a great vibe. Special shout-out to Ibrahim for the awesome service. He was friendly, helpful, and made the visit even better. Definitely recommend!

Stop in today for the first time. Shop is very cute, owner was very helpful and pleasant she let us sample Gelato. We ordered two scoops she recommended which were yummy, also tried Dubai Chocolate. It was my first time having it and it was very good. Workers were making an order of Dubai Chocolate for a client shaped in hearts. I decided I needed them for my wedding and put in a order. They will be a great addition to our sweet table. Great shop, family friendly, great Gelato.

I had high hopes for this place. I dont know if they were new and just popped the day I got there but the places looked very disorganized. I came in for that cool brownie pile up thing and it wasnt anything like the photo they have online. They first said it was out if stock and he asked the manager I think and he said yes, made the brownie in the back which took a while. Came out and took a while to give me the ice cream I was on my lunch so I was in a hurry. The cream and brownie was what I needed for my craving but under the brownie was a long black hair. So I couldnt eat the rest. I feel bad cuz he was a nice guy but that place was a disaster in the back and well everything was just disorganized. Plus the hair, I just won't be back.
