My husband and I had lunch here today.The young lady that took our order was not friendly.We dined in and the napkin holder on the table was dusty.The waitress that brought us our order did not come back to check on our table. My husband went to the counter to get a to go box and he was ignored for about 5 minutes. I will not be dining here again. Customer service definitely needs improvement at this location and especially the prices they charge for the food.

Great food and service. Unfortunately there were only 2 workers in the whole place. Management needs to hire more people. They are overworked. Went there during lunch rush and felt bad. One person making all the orders and another taking orders handing meals and doing curbside drop offs.

My daughter and I stopped by McAllister for lunch. The cashier did not greet us but I later noticed that she has a low voice. Tables were dirty they were wiped clean once the line was empty. The food was ok.. my daughter’s vegetarian spud had a little cheese and had to pay extra $2 for more… overall it was decent. Cashier should wear a net due to a possibility of hair… especially since they bring food to the tables) just saying…

Staff barely spoke english. Had a coupon that they could not determine how to make work. Eventually they just told me that the coupon says "valid at participating locations" and they weren't one of them. Ridiculous.

We had chicken salad sandwich on wheat toast. Chicken salad seemed canned, mealy. Hubby had the McAllister club sandwich. Next time, he'll get a regular sandwich as he didn't like the small triangle sandwiches. Also, coming from 143rd St., a tree is blocking the McAllister logo on front of the building. Store looked closed.
