Order on the app instead of at the counter. The counter service is painfully slow. Food is worth the wait once it is ordered. It is made fresh so be prepared to wait for the food. Dont go if you are in a hurry.

I usually get the McAlister club which is awesome. But I wanted to try the vegan sandwich which was really good to my surprise since I'm not vegetarian. They offer great side dishes like potato salad or fresh fruit.Vegetarian options: I ordered a vegetarian Sandwich and it was awesome.

I feel sorry for the areas that do not have a McAlister's Deli. I have served this at family get togethers and everyone always loves it and is angry that they don't have one near them. Regardless of whether you have a sandwich, soup or other menu item they have great tasting food and an awesome menu! Although I am one for trying new items I do have my go to's. Usually from the Savory and Spicy Sandwiches options I just can not get enough of the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch, Roasted turkey, jalapeño chips, bacon, pepper jack, avocado and mayo on jalapeño roll. Includes a side and pickle spear. This is my absolute favorite. However I have had every Savory and Spicy Sandwiches option and they are all a 5 star. Can't go wrong. I will through in that my wife never gets anything other than the French Dip. She is addicted to it!

This place is absolutely ridiculous. This is the third time we’ve been here and the Crackers y have no butter, yet they sell baked potatoes. What?? You get one package of butter and a story, that other stores take their inventory, and they don’t have enough for their own store. Plus the delivery truck hasn’t arrrived. The potato was cold and hard. I asked for some cheese and onion for my chili and couldn’t get any. They were out of specific sandwiches. They didn’t have any carrot cake or pulled pork sliders. The employees say that other stores take their inventory. That’s not my problem. Figure out your inventory control and address it. Young lady at the counter was crying when we stepped up to order because a previous customer was upset. Very poorly managed. I’m done with this place!! Third time with no butter or inventory. I asked for a total refund and left. I will spread the word.
