As of 3/10/24 this is drive thru only but you’ll still be able to place an app order for pickup at the counter. Whatever. Pull around, I’ve done this a thousand times, say my name. “What’s the code *attitude* 16-61. “Uhh 6161” No 1-6-6-1…”that’s an invalid code.” Are you sure? *attitude* “Just pull around bro” ??? Arrive at window and a separate person hands me my order with the receipt, with my name and order number clearly on there 1661. LESS WHACKY TOBACCKY and more worky worky guys. Smh

I came to this location on 2/29/24. My order was taken by a young lady with glasses and brown hair, not sure her name. When I paid, I was just told the amount, not my order confirmation, which I figured was okay. I got to the window and my order was wrong.I let the staff know and the first lady serving me my food was very nice, but the young lady in the back refused to admit that my order was incorrect, didn’t offer to fix it, and insisted that I ordered what I was being given. As I work a full time job and am not willing to fight with a child, I drove away with the wrong order.Please teach your employees proper customer service. I go to this location frequently, but I do not want to be met with this kind of service again. I understand it’s a chain, but customers deserve to receive what they ORDERED.

This is one of the best McDonald's I've stopped at. Very accurate, cooked, and fresh meals. I like it when the food is fresh, fast and friendly. This restaurant checked all the boxes. I wish more restaurants got it down like this one, way to go!!!

It's a McDonald's, so you know what they're offering. I've only ever been to this location for breakfast, and so far I've got no complaints. Getting in and out of the place can be a bit tricky because of other motorists.

Visited the drive through today at 12:25. When went to pay the associate didn't verify order, gave me a receipt which showed what I ordered, then pulled forward and given the wrong order. Was asked to move ahead to stall 3. At which time another associate brought out my partial order. I had to go inside, was told they under charged me. All the while, my 89 year old mother sat in the car, without a straw for her softdrink, and my burger got cold.Not to mention the attitude of the manager, Diana. Really stunk. We'd be hard pressed to visit this McDonald's again.

I've been coming to this location every weekday since the location on 159th closed down and I have to say this place gives the worst service from ANY McDonald's location ive ever been too. There staff is friendly and kind yes, but where is the quality?? They mess up a simple coke and give me diet, they mess up a simple breakfast bagel, instead of giving me light sauce on it they either give me extra or none at all, they don't listen to the order when I order my coffee. It's literally ALWAYS WRONG when I order it the same way for days/weeks on end. They've given me cold/ old bacon first thing in the morning right after they open. It's simple things and it happens too often. And today I ordered my coffee so on top of it being made wrong there was a hair sitting inside the top of the lid. Do they check ANYTHING!?

guy serving us was a complete nutjob who couldnt even count, gave us 1 shake when we paid for 6 then proceeded to only give us 4 more. we needed to get another and he had an attitude like working mcdonalds drive thru is a difficult task.

AVOID THIS MCDONALDS!!!!This is the worst McDonald's in the Chicagoland area in my opinion. Every time I have gone into this restaurant they have some type of issue with the order. I expressed that to the manager this morning and she told me not to come back to go to another McDonald's. Terrible customer service and we'll never return.
