This has been my McDonalds for years. However, I am concerned. This so the 2nd time in a short time I got the wrong item. I always order a double cheeseburger and medium fries...sometimes I have a chocolate shake.
Tonight I ordered that from the app...fries and shake were correct...the burger...was not..I got someone else's order. It would be in the best interest oftheis family owned franchise to have the staff double check the order especially if the burger was clearly customized.

My order is wrong every time I go here. They love picking up the phone just to hang up. I spoke with a manager and she was argumentative the entire call, and tried to act like it was my fault I didn’t get my food. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

This location is decent. The food is predictable. Have never had any issues with the food quality. I appreciate that teenagers & adults are able to be employed here. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive. There’s an attached newly renovated (in 2024 I believe) play place for children aged 3-10 and there are approximately 6 booths with a couple free standing tables for the parents or additional family members to sit at. It does get loud in the play place with the acoustics. The tables are generally maintained well & if ever a more frequent wipe down is needed, staff seem willing to assist. Customer service-wise, 5 stars.
✨Pro-tip: bring earbuds or ear plugs if you’ll be dining in the play place. Also, children need to remove their shoes, bring socks for them

This McDonald’s location is absolutely terrible. It’s supposed to be a family-run restaurant, not corporate owned. but the service is consistently awful. Every time I come here, no one greets you when you walk in — they just ignore you.
Today I walked in to place my order because I didn’t want to use the kiosk, and nobody even came up to the counter to take my order. Meanwhile, two other customers came in with messed-up orders, and the staff helped them right away before even acknowledging me or anyone else waiting to order.
This isn’t a one-time issue — it happens every single visit. Orders are often wrong, and customer service is completely lacking. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy has made it clear

I ordered a spicy Mac crispy in the inside of the chicken is not fully cooked. It literally is rubber. There goes 10 bucks.

Our order was incorrect. No eggs even though we ordered eggs. The employees asked 3 times if our name was Phil. Super snotty employee who refused to give us a vanilla latte even though we paid for it. I showed receipt and final got latte,
