Absolutely the worst restaurant, ask for zinger mountain melt with hot garlic and no bacon. I receive sauce less wings, and bacon on my food. Worst place cannot get your order right for the life of them. I suggest making the trip up to Lombard or north riverside if you want quality service. Lombard is probably the best option.

Our server was great - very attentive and funny. The hostess was not as pleasant - well at least of them. We did enjoy our food - For our appetizer we ordered the calamari - it was OK but I think next time we will pass on it. For dinner we got a cheeseburger with French fries and some wings tossed in hot sauce…. Yummy!! Overall it was a nice time and we will be back again but maybe we will try a different appetizer! Ohhhhhh and we had dessert …. Captain Jacks..wow was that amazing and satisfied my sweet tooth lol!

I had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant yesterday and was delighted with the experience. Dani, my server, introduced herself warmly and promptly took my drink order—a Shirley Temple—and an appetizer of mozzarella cheese sticks. Both were delicious!
For my main entrée, I enjoyed Dad’s Meatloaf, which is only available during weekday lunch hours. It was outstanding and paired perfectly with the rest of the meal.
Manager Walter also stopped by to check on me, and his personable approach added to the great customer service.
Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere were exceptional. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

The wings here are better than they are at hooters. Nachos are good too and the hit is their dessert captain jacks. Its a bar and grill nothing fancy but a good place for a casual dinner.

Came here for the lunch specials and they did not disappoint. The fish and chips was spot on, the server was attentive and the beer was cold with a wide variety and selection of taps.

5 Stars for this Location and particularly for our Waitress Julia on 11/20/2024@3pm Lunch Experience. She was courteous, friendly, prompt, professional and pr9v8ded us some excellent menu suggestions. She is also very easy on the eyes! She is a big Asset to the thriving Location for this Company. My dining guest Insurance Client enjoyed the Prime Rib French Dip and I enjoyed the Dad's Meatloaf and splitting the 12 Wing Day Boneless Chicken Wings with Ranch Dip. We will definitely be back and hopefully Julia will be workingbwhen we come in about 1:15pm.

The place is inviting on the inside. Comfortable, roomy and a nice wood charm to the decor. The staff is where the restaurant really shines. Everyone is friendly, polite and welcoming . The manager Chris Krakow is extremely personable. He creates an atmosphere of high spirits and enthusiasm for a pleasant dining experience. The attitude of the staff is a great reflection on the managerial skills that reflect on the dining experience. This is my go-to with friends!!!

I can't say enough about this place. I love a great cheeseburger and Miller's Ale House Orland Park delivered! The service was awesome, the restaurant very clean and the aura was both fun and relaxing at the same time. I will definitely be back here!!!

Food is good but very inconsistent. I've dined there in the evening around 8 PM and in the afternoon around 1 PM. Same exact order but inconsistent. All in all, good food and service.

I stopped in for lunch on a sunny Tuesday afternoon at about 12:15. The restaurant was busy for a weekday. The Miller's Ale House in Chicago Ridge had recently closed so it had been a while since my last visit. The experience could not have been better. The food I ordered was served quickly. The new French Dip sandwich on the menu is top notch. The French fries were hot and tasty and seasoned perfectly.
But the reason for the 5 star review and the reason I will be returning to Miller's is my server Julia, who could not have been more friendly and attentive despite having a sizable number of tables to attend to. She carefully explained the lunch and daily specials on the menu and got all the little things about my order just right, all while juggling the demands of multiple tables.
This was a customer service experience deserving of the highest praise. Julia is to be commended for her hustle, her smile and her dedication.
Thank you.

What is happening here? Extra long wait for food, which was delivered cold. Worst long island iced tea I've ever had. Supposedly top shelf~not even close! Won't be back anytime soon.
