Tried the hot pot cooking for the first two me ever. Great experience and staff was very helpful helping us thru the process. Also tried the “Christmas Experience” out at the pool bar. Sorry but not worth the added expense.
Sushi was not that good. Service was not that good. So many better sushi restaurants.

As soon as we walked into the restaurant, we knew we were in for a treat. The ambience and decor were amazing; super chic with little surprises here and there. The food was delicious! We had the sushi; a mix of rolls and nigiri. The hamachi tostada is a MUST. Portions were a little on the smaller side but that just meant we were able to try more from the menu. Also don't sleep on the seasonal drinks! Overall, loved our experience and will definitely be going back!
Dress warmly. The room was absolutely freezing — and they told us that it's always like that due to the hot plates so it wasn't just a one off. The service was also dreadfully slow for a sushi place— when we arrived there was only one other party there and it still took over an hour for our sashimi, nigiri and hand rolls.
I love this place 😍 I’ve been coming here for 3 years, and they always have the freshest and most delicious dishes.❤️❤️❤️

Food was good. They seem to have been short staffed hence the lower rating for service. Took forever to take our order, brought out the wrong dish 3 times, and hardly checked in on us. I had to repeatedly ask for our server. Just doesn't leave a positive experience
Had such a great time at Lucky Mizu! The hospitality was amazing and the food was so good. Their baked rolls are super tasty, and the soup was honestly exquisite. Drinks were solid too, but what really made the night special were the Latino chefs at the bar seriously the sweetest people! So warm and welcoming. Our night started off a little odd since our party of 7 got seated at the bar instead of a table. We usually like to sit at a table to catch up, but the staff was so accommodating that we quickly forgot about it. They made sure we were comfortable and taken care of the whole time. Overall, I love Level 8 and can't wait to come back for dinner and drinks. Our whole group loved everything about it!
Late night bartenders are amazing! Food prep is on point! And can't say enough about the ambience. So chic, fun and cool. Great spot to pre game and catch some yummy eats

I just felt for the price. Youed expect to feed yourself. Was very little. Have to order a lot to actually fill up. I don't wanna order 10 items for myself. Come on

Amazing place, the decor was beautiful, the music was great and the drinks were top notch. As far as hot pot is concerned, you can get similar for way less expensive. The sushi was delicious and with the money . Overall, highly recommended and can't wait to go back
I got the caterpillar roll to go and it was amazing. Fresh avocado and delicious. Also got a free soup very thoughtful and kind service.

I had such a great time catching up with friends at Lucky Mizu! The space is super fun and definitely Instagram-worthy. I especially loved the cat theme, it really adds a unique vibe. Making a reservation was easy online, and I appreciated that they sent me a message 30 minutes before to confirm. When we arrived, we were seated right away and the service throughout the night was excellent. We shared a few appetizers, including the loaded fries and yellowtail sashimi. Both were delicious! The cocktails were another highlight. My favorite was the one served in the adorable cat cup (super cute and photo-worthy). Overall, this was such a fun experience, and I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in DTLA. Highly recommend for good food, drinks, and a great atmosphere!
The waiter Tom was very kind and friendly which is why I am writing the review. The sushi is enjoyable and is a respectable price for all you can eat lunch.
