The Chicken Lo Mein was really good, with big chunks of chicken. The Mongolian beef tastes more like a generic American beef and gravy dish, lacking in the usual umami and spicy flavor. The broccoli with garlic sauce was tasty but overcooked. Overall, the food was okay but there are better places in the neighborhood.
I have been ordering takeout from this establishment for many years and have yet to experience anything that I would describe as negative. The staff are friendly and courteous, there is a wide selection of menu items to satisfy most discerning tastes, and the environment has a modern design accented with subdued lighting that invokes a sense of calm that few places around have in the area. The only thing I could really critique is the location doesn't seem to have much foot...
