Nothing Bundt Cakes

I came to pick up my order and the girl in the front look at me like I’m crazy!
They don’t even have a smile, I’m spending my money here they don’t give me anything for free!
They need better customer service training.

Today I went to treat myself to a delicious treat.?
And when I arrived, a very pretty girl helped me.

The place is nice.The delicious cakes ?Just one but... LACK OF STAFF WHO SPEAKS IN SPANISH. We Hispanics consume a lot when we love something.Please hire bilingual staff.And you will see that your sales go up

Super cute and his cake They are a delight ?I loved them ?But there's something bad... the girl who helped me from the staff is Hispanic and according to her she didn't speak Spanish. And her badge said Emma ??‍♀️ Please…. Hire personnel who are BILINGUALAnd you will see that Hispanics and Latinos are the ones who consume the most. We don't mind spending on something we love.So more Bilingual staff.I will return to consume there again.

I was helped by an older woman with brownish red boy-cut hair. She was not pleasant at all. She did not greet me or smile, she was not welcoming. When I asked her a question about a flavor cake she was very short and unfriendly. I said have a nice day and she just looked at me and my toddler son in disgust. Will not be returning to this location ever again. Mind you this is the first time I ever went to a Nothing Bundt Cake Store.
