Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Would have loved to 5 star across the board but my main dish tasted and smelt like dirty dish water. Staff took great care of the issue but the food debacle was quite off putting.

Great experience with out waitress. Meme was very attentive and the sweetest to myself and my boyfriend. We'll definitely be going back and asking for her.

The food is really good, but goodness, I think the napkin factory was shut down or something because when the lady finally brought them (at the end of the meal) she handed all 3 of them like they were a golden national treasure.

Friendly, food was great, service was perfect. Enjoyed the never ending salad, breadsticks (should have some garlic on it ) and pasta bowls.

We love Olive Garden! Everything that We have ever ordered is very tasty. I like the Minestrone Soup and My Wife loves the Salad and endless Bread Sticks. The Orland Park Restaurant is one of Our favorite ones. Whenever We are out this way it's hard not to stop in for a awesome lunch or dinner. No left overs this time. Lol!!!

The food and service were fine. The ladies restroom needed to be cleaned and the paper towel dispenser was not working, (thereby causing tissue to accumulate on the restroom floor) Otherwise, I had no complaints.

Great meal! Great server! One of my favorite places to eat! Had a bit of an accident when a server dropped a full tray of dirty dishes - tray hit my head and shoulder. The team - specifically Billy the manager was quick to respond and got ice for my head, which I am thankful for. He also comped my our meal which was not necessary.

Accidents happen! The only negative in the situation was the server who dropped the tray was rude stating “people are acting like I killed them, so I have to clean this up.”
