Very poor customer service. This was my first time ordering a custom cake for my son’s birthday, and the cake I received did not match what was shown on the order/receipt. When I raised the issue, the only response I got was “I’m sorry,” with no effort to fix the mistake or offer a solution.
Great for many reasons but my favorite is all things atomic. If you know, you know.
