We placed an order for our daughters first birthday cake and they did an excellent job! It came out so beautiful and exactly what we imagine! The buttercream was so soft and it was the first cake where it was completely finished! No leftovers, it was so yummy! Definitely coming back again for more birthdays!
Always have gotten a great bakery items from here always fresh and a wide variety along with their sandwiches and other offerings in the deli section.

Everything is always delicious here but today they went above and beyond. My son wanted to try German chocolate cake so I asked if they had slices, mini ones or anything of the sort. They did not but a staff member overheard me and made up a single special German chocolate just for us. That was very thoughtful and very much appreciated.

I’m giving this bakery 5 stars because it’s easily the best bakery in the area. I’ve ordered several things from here and nothing has been bad. Cake is always soft and dairy products are always fresh but my last experience wasn’t great. I ordered a birthday cake for my 3 yr old daughter and when I went to pick it up it was wrong. I ordered a square cake but the bakers made the error of making it round which was also much smaller so it wasn’t just an esthetic issue. They offered me some cupcakes to make up for the missing cake but I already pur chased decorations for the cake and needed the larger surface, so I asked if I could get it fixed and pick it up the next day. (I had to ask, fixing it was not offered) being a single working mom I left work early to pick up this cake that I couldn’t pick up. Since I had to now bring my daughter with me to pick it up, I called ahead of time to ask that they have it out and ready so I didn’t have to wait for them to go in the back and get it because I didn’t want my daughter to see it I wanted to just grab it and go. They said ok and then did not have it ready. (I thought that was a reasonable easy request after being inconvenienced) No discount was offered, no credit offered, not even a free cookie as a simple hey sorry we messed up and couldn’t even have your cake ready for a quick pick up after messing up to begin with. This bakery is great and the customer service is usually at the very least standard to good… I was not happy with how this was handled however.
The food is delicious and the service is wonderful. I can not wait to order a cake from them based on how I heard other people ordering and consulting on cakes. Every time we are nearby we make time to stop by, grab the favorites then a few new things to try!

I just picked up a cake that I came into the store and showed the employee the picture of the cake I wanted for my daughter’s birthday a week in advance that cost almost $100. I get there today and the cake is half the size as I ordered. When the employee who took the order saw the cake she said “I thought it would look like the picture.” Yes me too. The was no manager onsite and to rectify the problem so they gave me 6 frozen cupcakes that don’t even match the cake and told me the manager would be in at 11 am and they could deal with the problem . No apologies either. Just frozen cupcakes that don’t even match the incorrectly made cake and my very upset and disappointed child. Maybe had I been the right color, this would’ve been handled differently. I have never been so disappointed with a cake order in my entire life.
