Just want to extend my gratitude for the staff at the bakery. Jenn, Carlie, Alyssa all supported my efforts to make my dad’s 70th birthday special. He doesn’t ask for much so when he said he wanted a three layer white cake with buttercream between the layers, that’s what I set out to accomplish. No worries, they said. ? The cake was delicious and HUGE!! Like, I had to give cake to the restaurant staff to prevent him from going home and entering a sugar coma!! They even found an eatable image to match my theme. Thank a thousand times! New favorite bakery. We’ll be back

I can’t say anything bad about this place, I’ve had many great experiences with them. Today though I ordered 12 paczki, 4 of them being fudge, and they gave me 4 whipped cream instead. I wish they would’ve asked before just giving me whatever they wanted, I wouldn’t have had a problem with picking 4 others but I personally won’t eat whipped cream paczki so since I only had 4 to myself and 2 were meant to be fudge, I only ended up getting 2 for myself when that’s not what I set out for. I just don’t feel great about that, I expected what I ordered to be in the box so to be excited for it, go into the box looking for my order and find out it just isn’t there is disappointing to say the least.

Ordered the 2ft Eclair Cake for husbands birthday online for pickup on a Saturday.....round disk with Happy Birthday was omitted from order, they piped directly on eclair. Script writing was very messy....young girl asked if I wanted it fixed but was on our way to birthday party. Eclair was delicious, but disappointed that online order was not followed.

For the 2nd time now I did not get the right paczki's. Not sure if it is the person entering the order or the ones filling the boxes, but it is frustrating. I ordered 3 atomic today and 1 fudge and I got 3 custard instead, not one single atomic. Last time I was missing 2 pistachio, so it always seems to be the special one of the day for some reason. They should show you the box before they tape it shut. From now on I will open it before I leave the store, but today was disappointing. For a 30 min drive, it's not worth it for this kind of service.

Our experience with Orland Park Bakery for our wedding cake and sweet treats was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we met Tracie and her team, we knew we were in good hands. The cake they created for our special day was not only stunningly beautiful but also incredibly delicious – a perfect combination of aesthetics and taste that left our guests raving. The attention to detail in every aspect of their work truly made our wedding day feel even more special and magical. Tracie and her team's professionalism, creativity, and dedication exceeded our expectations, and we wholeheartedly recommend Orland Park Bakery to anyone in search of an unforgettable dessert experience. Thank you for making our wedding day so sweet and memorable!

We drove almost 90 minutes just to go to this bakery. We weren't disappointed! Paczki were amazing! The brownie size was a little disappointing as it was only 2 bites and not shareable with others, yet it was really good. The sprinkle butter cookies were our favorite and would drive back just for them!! What disappointed me was the pecan roll. It reminds me of a dinner roll with some nuts on top. Until next time..... make better pecan rolls!!!

Just be prepared to wait in line. We stopped by this time at about 1:30pm and the line was very long. But, it definitely is worth the wait!!!! We come here often.

Rudest employees around. Are you people that miserable working there? Extremely slow as well. Order was under the billing name instead of the order name that I MADE SURE to put it under. email confirmed the name that I PUT was CORRECT. Didn't believe me and Stacey (A classic case of a C U Next Tuesday) should be fired. Mediocre food, not worth the rude employees.

I am a huge fan of these old school, mom-and-pop bakeries. So when this one randomly fell in my radar, I had to check it off. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon around 3:30 pm and there were still plenty of choices. The only item that was sold out was the flavor of the day which I believe was coconut cream. It was not a big deal to us since we generally do not like coconut fillings. We were not a fan of the chocolate yeast however we tried and enjoyed the following: 1) Strawberry custard paczki 2) Custard paczki 3) Raspberry paczki 4) Raspberry bismark donut 5) Chocolate custard donut 6) Chocolate eclair One of the ladies behind the counter was incredibly nice and generous. She asked us if it was okay to treat our little girls to complimentary sugar cookies with sprinkles. We said yes and our girls devoured them without hesitation and sharing.

Why are the employees here so rude? Good food but the employee Stacey is an a classic case of a C U Next Tuesday. Sorry about the rudeness, but I have to be honest. Horrible service and mediocre food. Not bad but not good.

This place makes purchasing their goods both confusing and difficult. Typically in a bake shop you take a number, and when it's called you point out what you want, pay for it, and you're done, right? Not here! Your first step is to get in line to see a clerk holding a tablet--kind of like at an Apple store, but without the computers. There is only one of these table-wielding clerks, so the line is long. When you finally get to tablet-guy, you have to place your order. In doing so you're stuck to one spot in the store and can't go around to look at anything or point to what you want. After ordering, tablet-guy hands you a number and a receipt, and you get to wait in line again to pay. As is the case with the tablet, there's only one register. Now you wait again, until your order is ready and your number is called. The way this cumbersome process is laid out in the store seems designed to befuddle first-time customers. When you walk in, the first thing you see is people waiting holding numbers, so you naturally think this is a normal bakery and you should take a number. But there aren't any. You have to see tablet-guy on the far end of the store first. However, no one tells you this, and there's no way that a new customer could guess that the people with numbers jammed up at the entrance to the store are at the end of this cumbersome process, waiting for their orders. I 'm guessing that the person who designed this process used to work for the DMV.
