3/24/25 ordered the ribs and 6 oz steak. The ceased salad tasted like there was no dressing, the blooming onion was a grease mess. And my 6 oz steak was more like 2oz. We asked for more Bread never got that. ( the time before we got a blooming onion that was cold.) as much as I liked Outback it was not worth $80 for 2 ppl plus a $20 tip.

I went here with someone, and we were sat near the back. At the time we didn't think nothing of it, until we realized that all the guests that were of color was in the same section. We thought it was a coincidence, and the other sections might be closed. Until a few more couples that were not colored came in, and they were sat in another location, then another party that came in that were colored was sat in the same location where the other colored people were. Then we noticed how crappy the service was when we asked for things, so my partner and I asked a server "were we being extra or is what we were seeing true"? She stated "No, we weren't extra, because they always sit the BLACKS over here, but because she worked there, she couldn't say anything. The only reason why I give the service a 3 star is because the waitress was great, but the other staff wasn't so.

I went here for my 29th birthday DELICIOUS food steak was top tier juicy and huge!!! I enjoyed my self being so close to my due date filled me and baby right up!!!

Jeremy is a credit to this establishment, knowledgeable friendly and attentive I would definitely come again just for him.
We had a lovely time. The food was delicious! The waiter and the servers were fantastic! The only reason I gave three stars for atmosphere was we were seated at a table, which is fine, but it felt very much like we were being watched by all the other tables around us. It was a little too close for comfort in my opinion.

I experienced difficulty with the diner rewards 800 number and couldn’t recover my account at the restaurant. I cannot use a smartphone. Waitress, Jackie, spoke with the manager, Nick, and they issued my reward! Manager, Nick, came by our table after dinner, took all my information and promised he would resolve this situation. He told me he would call my home the next day with the resolution at 3:00 P.M. I mean, who gives that kind of service in this day and age?! OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE IN ORLAND PARK DID!! ; and Nick did indeed call at the fore mentioned time with the corrected information on my account. AMAZING!!!! From the warm welcome, to the entire wait staff (ESPECIALLY JACKIE OUR EXCELLENT WAITRESS!!), and the conscientious manager NICK; it was an unbelievably enjoyable evening. And the food was FANTASTIC!! What a surprisingly lovely night after such a rocky start! Don’t miss out on their warm hospitality and exceptional food!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR NEXT DINING EXPERIENCE.

I go for the shrooms on the menu. I was expecting bigger mushrooms because that's what I had at a different location. Nonetheless, they were good just a bit salty.
