If I could give 0 starts I would. I usually go too the mokena location but I was in the mall and decided to go. I found a black tiny hair in my food(my hair is blonde). The orange chicken was not made the same. The food had to be sitting there for a long time as well. Not to mention they forgot have of my food, never coming back.

I placed an order online. Waited ten minutes for the order, when I got to the place they didn’t have customer and because they were talking to themselves they couldn’t notice their printer for the order wasn’t working so they didn’t do my order. They told me I needed to wait ten more minutes for it, when there was no customer in line and it was just a cubs meal, I ask for them to cancel it because I couldn’t wait 24 minutes in total for an order since my break was going to be over. They still took 7 minutes to say they cancelled and they still couldn’t gave me a confirmation of cancellation. Worst service and experience.

This location is one of the worst Panda Express, the workers are always in a bad mood, the chow mein has way more cabbage than noodles, and the food is cold almost all the times I’ve been there.

Customer service was great. Just had to wait 15 minutes for some for a new rice to come out. Overall the meal was horrible 2015 minutes from panda express. It’s a little excessive just for to come out and your food is no seasoning is very bland. the chicken was dried out, I had ordered The orange chicken very light sauce on the chicken very very dry. I give that meal an F.

Sorry but I’ve never had a problem at the panda at 159th off Harlem, first time I’ve came to this location today, was told they could only give me 1 hot mustard packet for my food, never had a problem grabbing a few of them at other location, then kept giving me the wrong sauces, the chow mein was gross barley even cooked

Went to the drive up at this location and gave my order. We wanted 2 bowl entrees and 2 plate entrees. First we were told that one of the entrees on the menu is not available at any location in our area. ( OK then why is it listed on the menu). We gave our order, picking something else, and the employee even repeated it back to us. He told us they had to make a new batch of the entrees so please pull around to the front . No one was else was in line or near by. We pull around and wait like 10 minutes for our food. We get all the way home and my husband's order was completely wrong, we had no sauce (Which we asked for) and our food was put in the bags upside down. Had a mess all over my kitchen counter. We had my 94 and 87 year old parents with us in a rainstorm so going back was not happening. The fried rice was like thick paste and the large pieces of broccoli were so hard, I couldn't even cut them to eat. NEVER WILL GO BACK.

Today 10/4/22 I ordered 2 plates from this location and after purchasing my food I recognized my server MELISSA COUGHING IN HER HANDS CONTINUOUSLY with no gloves on, and all over by the food with no mask on at all. After noticing her actions I was immediately disgusted and requested to get a refund. According to MELISSA the manager on shift was YASMINE. However after requesting the refund MELISSA comes up front after telling YASMINE the issue and why we didn’t want the food they tried to play me as a fool and said I wasn’t able to get refunded for my order but I can get 2 coupons for free plates or YASMINE can remake the food herself(NEGLECTING THE FACT THAT CUSTOMERS ARE EATING COUGHED ON FOOD). However YASMINE not once made an effort to show her face to accommodate me as the customer and I was highly upset. I’m not sure who the higher ups are for this location but I highly stress taking more sanitary precautions when it comes to food service, we live in a time period where COVID,MONKEY POCKS, and other life threatening viruses exist. And last but not least I left the restaurant unaccommodated by neither YASMINE OR MELISSA, no refund (since when can’t business give refunds when the customer returns food not even touched because employees choose to cough over food and not wash their hands, no coupons, not even the managers face. On that note I hope adjustments are made ASAP because this is highly unacceptable and I hope none of my good people get SICK EATING GERMS FROM COUGHING UNMASKED EMPLOYEES.

$12 for disgusting Orange Chicken that I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if it was sitting out from last night. I mean just look at it. Then, to no surprise I am “unable to receive a refund until the manager comes in, in an hour.” Instead I was given a free plate card because when I am served garbage I definitely want to come again for round 2. Terrible.
