I called the store to order catering for around 13 people. I called around 1:00pm and asked if the order would be ready by 6:15. I was hoping it would be ready to get picked up for my party. Unfortunately I entered the store asking for my order, they completely forgot about it. They did not make my food at all. She told me it would take about 10 mins to make my food. Ended up being about 30 mins since I actually got my food. I my order did cost a lot so I was expecting it to be ready.

Service was excellent food tasted great excellent value. Ask for a sample and the young man working there denied it at first but another co-worker was decent about it realizing I was an actual paying customer that never tried many of the meats and Main courses. She gave me small samples of the other entrees so I was able to make an informed decision on what to buy. Great place great seating grapes open spaces and non cluttered look to be clean as well

Normally I love panda express but I don't know what was up with the orange chicken at this location. It was all breading and no chicken and more spice than I remember. Chicken egg roll was also cold cold and just not good.

She gave me a lot of chow Ming and proceeded to give me the smallest piece of chicken. The WOREST part is she reached for a huge piece, took a second to think. Than put it down and gave me the smallest. What the DUCK. Chicken also tastes burnt and bad.

MY FIRST TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION AND I WASN’T DISAPPOINTED. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN, THE CASHIER & SERVER WERE FRIENDLY. THE FOOD WAS STEAMING HOT. THERE WERE PLENTY OF FOOD SELECTIONS TO CHOSE FROM. PLUS PROBABLY ONE OF THE FEW TIME I WAS SERVED WITH TONS OF FOOD IN MY TO GO CONTAINER. USUALLY WHEN I GO TO OTHER PANDA EXPRESS LOCATIONS I AM GETTING LIKE ONE SCOOP OF EVERYTHING. I have eaten at no less than six or seven Panda Express locations over the years. Every time I get the orange chicken and the consistency and quality amongst all of them has been satisfying....until now. This Orland Park location really falls short when it comes to their orange chicken. I really don't know if I could explain what was so different about it but it didn't even register any level of, "good." It was just bad. Please take your cooks around to other locations in sample there version of this dish. You will see that you're doing something wrong.

Hector and his team go above and beyond providing great service the moment you step in the door. Reasonably priced decent sized portions and the new bourbon chicken is super good. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick local lunch without breaking the bank
The Orange chicken is awesome as always. The chow mein seems to be more veg than noodles these days. The rice is bland and flavorless. You need to add so much sauce to make it taste good. Not a fan. The Honey walnut shrimp is tasty but can be pretty mushy. The ladies in the drive thru are always really friendly.
My favorite healthy fast food go to especially here at this location. Always clean, friendly and love the outdoor patio with umbrellas.
