Staff is very rude. I stopped by an afternoon when it was not busy at all, only one customer inside. the girl at the drive thru was cutting us off every other word trying to finish our order, not letting us choose our drinks. Told us to pull up a few times while we were still ordering. Overall a rushed and unpleasant experience as if us being there was inconveniencing them, would not return again. The food is ok but the biggest problem for them that if they have something that didn't sale for 2 hours or more the sale it to the next customer which was me and the taste was bad I was there many times and I received the food immediately as they finished cooking which is great but the have to find a way to keep the quality of food good Another thing I ordered a big plate and when I went home the amount of food was as a child meal where usually in other locations I can finish my 3 sides I will go to the other location on Lagrange where I get better service and the usual amount of food

I ate food from this panda express last night and I've been sick to my stomach all night. It started about 2 hours after I ate. I had the mushroom chicken, teriyaki chicken and fried rice. I haven't eaten their food in many years. I will never eat this food again.

Upon placing my order we were told that it was going to be 5 extra minutes for fresh beijing beef to be made which was fine so they had us pull forward to the parking spot and wait for our food. About 25 minutes later we notice there is an employee bringing out food to the line of cars they had lined up next to me and in the drive through. Hense she only had one order in here hand, so another 5 minutes go by and the poor worker was waiting outside on the people inside outside the drive through window to give her the orders to bring to everyone. Well apparently they were making everyones orders at once, so when we did receive our (5 min beijing beef) and the rest of our food we opened it up and it was cold barely filled with food. This location has always been terrrible with time and bringing orders out but atleast the orders were hot and fresh anytime we did have to wait. I stopped coming to this location before because of the service here figured id give it one more shot as it wasnt busy when we placed our order but still without a doubt proved too me as to why i stopped coming here in the first place. I am not hating on the employee who had to bring us all our food more power to her and thankful she sat in the cold to wait and bring us our food but to the workers on the inside and the manager running the shift at the time, in a fast food industry this is not a dunkin donuts where you make everyones coffee and serve it through the line the food will be cold and people will start getting confused as to what order goes to what car because you had about 10 cars waiting for there food in some which i seen drive off because they were tired of waiting. Not the worse panda i been too but not the best. I get it fast food there no high expectations there but "fast" food you would think itd be faster than waiting on a 30 piece from kfc or popeyes dropped fresh.

I stopped in after work and ordered a plate with 2 meat entrees and a side of chow mein. The portion sizes were spectacular. I was shocked. The customer service was excellent. Azalea was very polite and fast and I was boxed up and out the restaurant within 4 minutes or less.
