They didn’t let me order at 9:05pm even though the hours said they were open until 10pm, the workers were talking and laughing until me and my friends walked in and they told us they closed the inside, so I went through the drive through and they ignored me

This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my whole life. They had to repeat my order 10 times and still got it wrong. Then the girl who gave me the food was so rude and when I told her they forgot something in my order she said they repeated it and we didn’t hear the even though we had to repeatedly tell them what we had and did not even say sorry. We had to order our drink somewhere else . Never coming again. Staff was the rudest I’ve ever encountered in my whole 50 years of living. Never go to this restaurant unless you want 2 days of headache from the staff.

I stopped by an afternoon when it was not busy at all, only one customer inside. the girl at the drive thru was cutting us off every other word trying to finish our order, not letting us choose our drinks. The food is ok but the biggest problem for them that if they have something that didn't sale for 2 hours or more the sale it to the next customer which was me and the taste was bad I was there many times and I received the food immediately as they finished cooking which is great but the have to find a way to keep the quality of food good Another thing I ordered a big plate and when I went home the amount of food was as a child meal where usually in other locations I can finish my 3 sides I will go to the other location on Lagrange where I get better service and the usual amount of food
