My wife ordered ahead and then we got stuck in the drive thru for 30 min behind like 5 cars to start. I didnt realize my wife was pulling up to the drive thru and then we got stuck. Thats on me for being on my phone, but 30 min for some soup is absolutely bonkers. They gave us a free cookie for the wait so it bumped the 1 star up to 2. If we go here again, we will order at least a half hour ahead.

You know the quality and type of food you get when you eat at any Panera. But this place dirty! Needed to ask for someone to clean tables. Not a clean one in sight. People leaving dishes on table. Drink station needed to be refilled. Not a good look.

I love Panera. But on Saturday the 3rd of August, I received such bad service with attitude from the young lady at the Brianna and her manager. That makes not want to go back to any of there restaurant. She quoted me the wrong price and I question it. Then I asked for the mangers and she not only gave me attitude, but she frowned her face up. Totally a bad experience. I do not recommend going there.

ordered a bacon turkey bravo to go. when I got home the sandwich was horribly made. It looked like the heel of the loaf of bread was used for half the sandwich. It covered about one third of the sandwich. How the preparer could allow this garbage to go out the door is beyond me. Obviously they do not care about quality!!! Cross this place off my list. Horrible food

Went to this location for the first time with our 4 grandsons for a light dinner. We were very impressed with the quality of the food and the service. The girl at the counter was very helpful in explaining to us the types of orders we could make ie the half sandwich with a bowl of soup. Everyone in our group was happy with their choices. We will go to this Panera from now on.

Always out of coffee, cream or honey in the mornings. And the staff seems to be bothered by asking for it. Never have I walked in and been greeted. Very seldom is the coffee or the creamers full.
