I have placed an order online for delivery. Both weeks I ordered a grilled cheese, both weeks I received soggy white bread and cold soup. Not grilled Not toasted. I attempted to call the store 6 times and no one ever answered. Way too expensive to eat soggy white bread and cold soup!

Smoothie machine and cappuccino machine broken, soup lukewarm, grilled cheese sandwich....cheese melted but bread not grilled, tables not cleaned. I don't know who the manager is, but the staff appear to take no pride in their work at this location. Also, this location has new decor. High metal ceilings and lots of echo noise. I recommend you find a different Panera to visit.

Third time at this location. The food is good, The tables Most of them are dirty underneath the tables. Crumbs of bread napkins is dirty. It makes you wonder how is on the kitchen.

I ordered 2 soups and 1/2 a sandwich. And they forgot a soup. I didn't notice till I got home so had to go back and the person who forgot and had to get it for me grinned the whole time. Very inappropriate.

Vegetarian options: There are soups, breads, baked desserts, chips and drinks to choose from.
Parking: There are other restaurants nearby so the parking is a little tight.

I picked up a sandwich and soup, the chicken sandwich was terrible, it fell apart when I unwrapped it and was charged a different price than I was told, the soup was good. I talked to the manager who should not deal with customers , she had all kinds of excuses for the price difference and really didn't seem to care.
They were extremely rude to my fiancé when she called on 12/17 inquiring about their cutoff time for breakfast. Someone answered the phone in a rude manner and scolded her for her question and rudely told her “there is a cutoff time for a reason.” I tried calling to speak to a manager but no one would pick up the phone. The food here isn’t worth the terrible service.
