Worst panera bread ever. I ordered a bread bowl from here. Picked it up and brought it home. NO BREAD BOWL IN THE BAG. They charged me full price for it. Gave me a cup of soup. I called wanting a refund, they said no.

The food was great and the service was excellent BUT while we are eating they started cleaning the area and the staff started to remove the seats and the noise that was coming out was horrible I couldn’t take it common sense either to wait for closing our to add the plastic ends at the bottom of the chairs to avoid that .

In my personal opinion if y’all are going to take long in the drive thru lane then there needs to be a modification for us to be able to leave. There’s no way I sat in this line for 20 mins today waiting on a green tea

Cashier was very friendly the atmosphere was refreshing I like the fireplace especially that's suitable for in and outdoors I can't wait for summer seating outdoor ambience my grandaughter Caswell as my daughter enjoyed soulful peace and eating Caswell to last bite ?

We ordered one of the family plan meals for pickup. Two of the sandwiches were incorrect. The soup was so watery and unappealing we could not eat it. This location is very hit or miss, as this is not the first time we have had a problem. If there was more consistency we would get food from here more often since when it is right the food is good.

Expect to wait in drive thru for at least 10 minutes. They never respect anyone's time and usually go pretty slow. Food and drinks are good, but not worth the amount of time it takes to get it.
