I didn't have a good experience. My waitress was the only one working I guess this day it was a Sunday. So other people brought the things I requested and food. The food was also not tasty! Spring rolls were bland, rice was dry, spicy orange chicken was dry, and the only decent part of the meal was the salmon.

5 stars for service, food and overall experience! If I could rate it 10, I would. Food was outstanding. Great flavor and perfect temperature and wow, the service we received was amazing by our waiter, JULIA. She was the absolute sweetest and made our experience 10 times better. I had not been to this location but myself and my husband were blown away and will be back. My kids and whole family loved it and even forgot to take pics. Thanks JULIA you were amazing with us especially our little Luca who we were celebrating his 2nd birthday!

I went there to celebrate valentines days with my boyfriend and the food was really nice (but the crab dumplings, those taste like cat food) but this morning my boyfriend woke up with the worst food poisoning of his life, he literally has not been able to leave the bathroom for the past hour. Shame on you pf Chang

When there for Valentines Day and had a reservation but still had to wait for 45 min to be seated. There was no apology from the hostess or nothing offered during the wait. Several couples walked out with no apology. Manager was no where to be found. Never going back.
Pretty good Asian food. I come here once in a blue moon and I am always pleasantly surprised when I come back. The food is good and the atmosphere is as well. I like the orange chicken and the Mongolian beef. This is also pretty close to my house so it is in a convenient place for me to drive to.
I have eaten in numerous PFChangs including the the flagship in AZ many years ago when Paul Fleming opened it. This was the worst experience out of all. We sat unattended while many were looking at us and just passed by. When we did get a server, he did not know what he was doing. He didn’t know the menu, food and drinks came out of order, took food away, or tried to without asking if we were done, order incorrect and had to be revised, flavors were off. Someone needs to review the recipes and drink mixes to get flavors right.
We just moved to the area and we were Excited to see a familiar favorite. Sad this location isn’t the quality we are use to experiencing.
