We ordered a Large 5 topping pizza with extra spicy marinara sauce and 5 toppings, my son went and picked up the order for us, when at home we went to eat we noticed they did not put any sauce on it (forget extra) and only some of the toppings we asked for, I called the store to complain about it so when a man answered the phone I was trying to explain and he jumped in without trying to understand what I was telling him, and started saying we don't give toppings on side, and I was like I never asked for toppings on side, you didn't put the all toppings on the pizza along with no sauce that we asked, and he just hung up on me. I called several times but no one answered the phone, so I tried using different line options 4 more times, but the first three times they transferred the call to store manager and no answer as other times, on the 4th try on different option line the guy I was talking to messaged the manager regarding the order problem he said the manager messaged back saying THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING to help me with the order, and call back some other time, It's Ridiculous.... I had to spend more money and order another pizza from Domino's (which was way more better). I want my money back for the garbage pizza that pizza hut served me. Unfortunately they don't have zero or negative stars option to give to write a review. I WANT MY MONEY BACK 😡😡😡

Ordered 2 personal pan pizzas on the app. Got them and the crust was chewy instead of crispy and barely any sauce or cheese on them. I get they were $2 a piece on sale but that doesn’t mean you get to just slap them together. They are barely edible. Ruined my experience. Don’t waste your time or money with this 2 dollar Tuesday deal.

I don’t know who cooked this pizza, looked at it and thought this was acceptable to send out for a family to eat. I ordered this pizza with extra cheese and sauce. Whoever made this pizza did not care at all. Thankfully I got a full refund but still…what the hell?
Since i was 6 yrs old my parents never let me have Pizza Hut because they were convinced it was making me sick. Now fast forward to 35 years old and OMG i can’t believe i was missing out this whole time lmfaoooo this shits bomb, I’ve ordered twice within the last week. Cheap, great quality, and delicious. POWER TO THE HUT!!!!!!
