I don’t know who cooked this pizza, looked at it and thought this was acceptable to send out for a family to eat. I ordered this pizza with extra cheese and sauce. Whoever made this pizza did not care at all. Thankfully I got a full refund but still…what the hell?

Since i was 6 yrs old my parents never let me have Pizza Hut because they were convinced it was making me sick. Now fast forward to 35 years old and OMG i can’t believe i was missing out this whole time lmfaoooo this shits bomb, I’ve ordered twice within the last week. Cheap, great quality, and delicious. POWER TO THE HUT!!!!!!

THEY HAVE ANTS; FOUND A COUPLE ON MY FOOD!!! We ordered a dinner box from here. There was ants on the food. They offered a credit for next time and my dad accepted and then I told him that like we don’t want to eat there next time and we said that we wanted a refund we paid $40 there they said they’re gonna give us half of the money to buy food next time, even though we don’t wanna go there because they literally said they’ve been having ants in the restaurant. As they’re trying to get rid of them meaning this could happen again we did not get a refund. We just got hung up on because she stated that we said credit at first, we’re going to get store credit and we not eligible for a refund even though they literally gave us two options either get a pizza from there again or basically get a pizza from there again but later not a refund and we were too disgusted to even think about eating there right now, so my dad just said store credit, but in reality were never gonna go there again and I generally do not recommend for anyone to go there because that was really unprofessional service and unclean environment for a pizza place. The top priority is sanitization the fact that this place lack that with the amount of ants they should definitely be closed

Place has ants definitely do not recommend eating here we got our food as takeout, and there was ant on the food. They also said that their store had ants everywhere and they were trying to clean it, but they keep failing too and that is like immediate red flag.

For an Illinois Pizza Hut this one is among the best I have had. The new tavern pizza was decent. Pan was great!!
We waited over 2 hours for a pizza. It was supposed to be delivered in 35 minutes. They blamed doordash. I don't believe it. They delivered the original pizza ice cold and hard as a rock. The so called Manager didn't answer the phone. Corporate blamed it on the store who wouldn't answer the phone......The people at the clearly aren't trained.

Manager Donald always makes sure the restaurant is up to par, always clean and food is always fresh and hot. Never had a problem with this location under this manager the other workers there are most certainly doing a great job as well

Had a medium pepperoni pan pizza yesterday and i have the worst food poisoning of my life it’s horrible would definetly not recommend. They must not follow food safety. DO NOT EAT HERE YOU MIGHT GET THE WORST FOOD POISONING EVER!!!
